I hadn't used this place since last summer I was shocked at how much of a dump it has become. Machines take your money then wont start and will not return your money, several dryer have no heat, one of the dryers melted my bounce sheets on med heat, there is mold where you put you detergent ... NOT RECOMMENDED

Pretty clean. Dryers work well. Update! I went there today (Oct 17/20) to use the dryer. Took $10 out from their ATM just to find out their change machine doesn't accept the "new" $10 bill!! I was extremely upset having to pay a $3 service charge for nothing! Not cool ????

I have been here many, many times to do my laundry without any issues. But this past 6 months the laundromat has been neglected, floors dirty, garbage es over flowing,tables for folding laundry are dirty and sticky, I put almost 8$ in quarters in the industrial washer at the back of store and it are my money,so I had to use another washer costing 7.25, I called the owner numerous times to get an answering machine that is always full.II left emails and texts and never got any return calls or emails.Really, I'm only asking for the 15$ I am out because of your neglect

So I decided to try a different laundry mat today Oct,7,2017. Was a little hesitant on going to Bloor Coin Laundry, my initial impression was ok. Till after I got my laundry started and thought what am I doing here. For starters one of the front loaders that they charge $3.25 for had some water still in the bottom of it. Both of the washrooms I am assuming there washrooms had out of order signs on the doors. The back part where there is 3 larger size from loaders that they charge $5.00 to use had no lighting in that area which made me feel unsafe as a patron (considering it's oshawa). So I decided to use the even larger size front loader that was right inside the front door. Good thing I was the only one there. Upon further watching my clothes being washed I noticed that there was a trickle of water from the door. (POOR UPKEEP) The chairs they have there for you to sit on look very disgusting so I stood the whole time. Good thing I had my Tim Hortons to keep me awake as there is no T.V to keep you occupied. Surprising the floors were in semi clean condition and hey do have a pop machine there if you get thirsty. I assume it was the owner who showed up when I was there. On a closing note i did feel safer knowing that there were security cameras watching the place and I'm wondering if the owner can see wats going on in real-time while he is at home. I was walking around the place quite a but so who knows maybe he got worried.

I have never had a problem.the owner is good at giving money back if you have a problem with the machines...came in today Oct 26th and it is filthy dirty..water on the floor

Lots of washers and driers, but some don't work properly (washers won't drain properly so you have soaking wet clothes or driers don't put out much heat)... and time it! Sometimes the place is packed and you can't get a machine!

Showed up early and this place was utterly filthy, smelled like human waste and nearly every open machine had material and dirt inside the tubs. The outsides were equally unclean and damaged. The final straw was that people had written messages on paper signs on the walls saying they need to fix their machines and that they're ripping people off. The fact that the owners would leave graffiti like that up on the wall means literally nobody is cleaning or fixing anything at the start or end of the day.

This laundry mat is disgusting! The owner does nothing there. Fixes nothing, place is dirty. You’re lucky if you can get a decent dryer after you’ve continuously put a bunch of change in there. Washing machines smell terrible and most don’t work either! My husband has complained a few times and he blames the people that go in there. Although people are known to sleep and hang out in there all night. That’s something he should be dealing with cause decent people are just trying to do laundry in his business, and he could care less! He’s just there to collect his money. ????

Dirtiest laundry mat I have ever been to. Half the machines don't even work properly. Thought I'd try it out since my regular laundry mat closed down. Very disappointed. Will never be back.

Its really dirty. And one of the washers was done and all my clothes were soaked. There was also a dryer that accepted my money but wouldn't add any time

Machines are disgusting with a section of broken ones, one or more dryers don't work (I know one as I used it) and there is no bathroom that is usable, and I don't care about excuses like homeless using it to shoot up, the cost is the only thing I went for and even that isn't a draw anymore

Great place for anti-mask people to do their laundry because the owner is to cheap to enforce the no mask no service. Go elsewhere if your looking for a safer place to do your laundry. Too bad you can't rate them 0 stars

Only one of the triple loaders works. The rest are out of order. Only a handful of the double loaders are working and even some of them should be out of service because they're not draining. 5 of the 14 dryers are out of service. The mat is also filthy. The machines are gross. I'm not coming back!

Washer ate more change than it should have(didn't register coins properly) and then leaked water all over the floor so I don't think it did a very good job washing the clothes. Would rate it lower of I could. Will never come here again.

First time here and the change machine wasn’t working so I called Omar and he came right away, less than 5 minutes and was a pleasure to deal with!! Will definitely be back :)
