After using a different provider for many years, we made the switch and haven’t looked back. Their prices are amazing, they are always professional, easy to work with and everyone is very friendly. They are quick to answer any questions and have never been late with a delivery. One of my favourite things is that they also make custom mats. Ordering these has not only added a personalized touch to our business, but they have made amazing gifts for family and friends. I definitely recommend to everyone!

Not been fun to deal with. We stopped using them about a year ago at our business and they have tried showing up with carpets we don’t need and didn’t ask for. They are continually billing us still for services we haven’t received. Once every few weeks we get a call or email from them about a non-existent past due bill they keep charging us for. No one in there really seems to know what is going on. Get it together guys!
