Worest carpet cleaning I have ever had. Completely ruined a $1000.00 carpet and did not apologize or compensate. I to,d them to take it too the dump. They said my carpet was fithly and could not be cleaned. However, my trustworthy cleaning lady would vouch it was not. They did not have the skill to clean a rug with part silk, did not admit it, tried and ruined it. I had another area rug that they did a poor job on. Would never use Rotostatic????
