He was prompt in returning calls, and he worked around our tight schedule back in October of 2 days between closing on our new house and our movers bringing in all our furniture to the carpeted rooms. Great experience. They did a great job on the carpet's in the bedrooms and basement. Removed some pretty tough stains. One stain they had to come back again as it did not remove the first time. No issues getting them back and no extra charge.
