This laundromat is horrible. It's dirty, the machines are small, the floor is not clean. I now go to Super Bubbles at 257 Davis Drive. At the stinger tattoo plaza. IT IS CLEAN, all new machines and the washroom is open. Their coin charger always have change. Need a new place to do laundry check out the newly renovated laundromat.

Horrible first experience. I came here for the first time... Actually, I'm still in the laundromat and the dryer ate my quarter. I called customer service or the number associated with the store and explained it to the lady that the machine charged me for 20 mins but only gave me 15 mins. She told me to try some options but the money never came out. So she told me she will come by and give me the money in 15 mins. I see a lady walk in 15 mins after, I guessed it was her but she never approached me so I thought maybe not. After 30 mins of waiting, I call again saying I'm waiting and then she says she's stuck somewhere and won't be here in another 10 mins and says she might not even show up. It was an utter disrespect to me as a person. And she made it seems likes about the money. No, SOAP BOX it is not about the money .You could have said you won't be coming instead of blatantly lying. And I can bet on my life that it was the owner, NATALIE BEAUBIEN, who walked in and left, thinking this lady does not matter .The way you treat your customers speak volumes about your personality and character. I hope the quarter makes a significant difference in your life .

5/5 100% Cannot recommend this service enough! Nathalie was so friendly and accommodating! She picked up my laundry the same day I called her (in a small panic ????) and it was back on my doorstep less than 24 hours later- Folded, fresh and most importantly- done by someone who WASN’T me!!!! I can’t tell you the relief I felt knowing that there was one less thing (or more like 3-4 loads less) to do on my overwhelming to-do list. As a working mom of 3 boys, there is always SO MUCH LAUNDRY and I barely have time to fold it, let alone put it away. Having Nathalie help me saved me so much time and for the first time in a LONG time, even MY clothes were cleaned, folded AND put away! Thank you Soapbox Laundry services, you helped more than you know!

I contacted Soapbox Laundromat about cleaning two oversized handmade quilts. I was a bit nervous as these quilts are very precious to me, but I had nothing to worry about! For a very reasonable price, Nathalie (the owner) picked up the quilts from my home and dropped them off two days later, in perfect (clean!) condition. I will definitely use this service again.

I went here in the winter of October 2013, there was no bathroom or the door was permanently locked. It was so cold and damp I had to bring my own space heater. There is nothing to read or a TV and the machines are extremely small.

THIS LAUNDROMAT IS UNDER NEW OWNERSHIP. It has been renovated and the bathroom is now open for customers. The change machine is always full and the laundromat is cleaned DAILY. I was in a bind to get my shirt cleaned before my wedding. I called a number of cleaners and none could help - then I reached Natalie and she went the extra mile for me. I left my tuxedo shirt with her and within a couple hours it was delivered to my home. What a fantastic service. I would recommend this company to anyone. Thank you very much.

It’s dirty. The older machines smell. That smell is musty which is mold. This place needs a big scrub. Also they keep turning g down the temperature on the dryers. They dont care with the laundry service because they dont track how much they spend doing laundry. They just open up the machines and grab handful of quarters. Also no air conditioning. It’s 28 degrees outside and feels cold when you walk outside because with the dryers going. Its super sweaty. The woman who owns this and does all the laundry service was sweating like crazy but won’t turn on th a/c for some reason.
