Change machine is frequently empty and/or out of order.

Coin machine is regularly broken with no sign to alert customers so it just eats your money. It's regularly dirty. The last time we went in there, there was dog hair literally everywhere - we had to clean out multiple washing machines just to use them. The same day, our clothes also got locked in at 7 p.m. because they reduced hours because of covid and we didn't notice the hour change in the middle of a paper amongst 3 other notes on the door (reducing hours only makes it so that more people are in the laundromat at one time ????). We had to go knock on the doors of the apartments above to get a hold of management. Luckily, they came to unlock the doors and we rushed to Stoney Creek to dry our clothes where we found the promise land of laundromats and realized we should have been going there all along because it was actually clean and well maintained. Do yourself a favour and make the trip to Beamsville or Stoney Creek.

You need water to wash clothes right? $5.00 spent no water and stuck in the maching for the full time. No phone number to call for help. NEVER AGAIN AND I WILL SPREAD THE WORD.

Do NOT go here. It's full of creeps and if you leave for whatever reason people will still your clothes, or open your washers mod cycle. The washers dont work and your clothes will be bone dry after "washing" its dirty and under maintained. Been here a few times because it's closer to me but, it's not worth the convenience.

It's clean, tidy, and machines work great. I go here every 2 weeks to wash my bed linens for the last year and the change machine has only been out of change twice. I don't know why someone has given this place a bad review. I would have given 5+ stars if this place had a restroom and hand soap at the sink. But it doesn't bother me to much because I just go next door to Ricochez Bar for a Beer between washes ☺️ pretty convenient.

So gross, the floor was so bad we were splashing around in the water. So many machines not working. The one dryer is always stealing money and they never fix it or leave a sign on it so the next person is aware. I will travel to Beamsville from now on. If i could give 0 stars I would!

This place needs an overhaul. I'd rather drive to beamsville then use this locations machines. And seriously, who has an ant problem in the winter. I'll tell you who....

Machines are nice but alittle pricy and I could get the dryer sheets from the dispenser on the wall. The quarters kept jamming in it.

JUST AWFUL!!!!! Dirty, not properly maintained. No hot water half the time. Machines take your money and then don't work or overflow. Machines have stopped working halfway through. Change machine will rip you off. NO PHONE NUMBER POSTED TO CONTACT OWNERS!!

I like it b/c it is close to where I used to live, COVID-19 has made it a bit strange, I was there yesterday and there were 6+ ppl in there. Price wise it is good, $2.50 for one load of laundry, and either .25 or .50 for 8m in the dryer. I like this place for its location.

The covid hours are posted. However no mention of doors automatically locking at 7pm on the dot. Took one load out to the car and could not reentered. My clothes are now being held hostage and no contact number anywhere for any problems. Machines are outdated and overpriced.

Jus moved to grimsby , in need of a quick load of laundry to be done . Won’t come back here for sure . It’s filthy and out of repair . Not to mention expensive compared to others
