I sent my beige living carpet to him, after my house flooded, and he returned it damaged. In fact, I sent it to him to dry clean and he returned it with three NEW spots. One rust, the other a huge mould stain and the third spot was a dirt spot. And the smell of mould. I called to tell him but he was very rude and defensive, stating he did the best he could and those marks won't come out. We both agreed to disagree. I wouldn't send anything to him and I would stay away. His prices may be cheap but he s inexperienced and has poor social skills.BEWARE.
