Royal oak dry cleaners doesn’t compare to any other cleaning service out there, in every great way possible. I’m OCD about my cleaning, they pay attention to detail which is extremely important to me as a lot of fabrics on the market today are delicate. The customer service is wonderful, always a pleasure seeing them. They offer great services such as cleaning your uggs after the winter season (they come out brand new, I do it once a year, also they clean rugs for you- great for this time of year when doing your spring cleaning) they also offer a pickup and drop off service for those with busy schedules Paul picks my cleaning up and drops it’s off very cinvienent for my busy schedule when I can’t make it myself (He is a great guy just as the rest of the staff) Im truly a loyal customer, have been for the past 4 1/2 years.

Damaged my suit, would not return my calls (phone lines were disconnected, had to get in touch with alternate location - this location would not return my calls). Did not return my email either. After a week I took it to my tailor for repair. I was never able to speak with anyone from this location despite my significant attempts at calling them. They were absolutely unwilling to offer me any refund on the service in light of the damage to my suit (note, I was not requesting that they pay for the repair, simply a refund for their service)
