In the midst of COVID-19 where businesses have closed down I was in need of a suit alteration for a wedding. Rose Boutique was the only closest location which was partially open and able to take on my request in a short period of time. The lady working there knows exactly what she's doing as she provided me with recommendations (given that a suit newbie that I am) and assured me with her expertise. When I got the suit I was amazed how well it fit and everything aligned perfectly. Customer Service = Amazing Quality = Amazing Price = Amazing. I highly recommend this place.

From the very beginning I was greeted by the owner and felt so welcomed, and it was so easy to book an appointment on the phone with their efficient customer service. I was a little skeptical with this place, as it had around 40 reviews, all being 5 stars. All skepticism was erased when I met Suha. She is warm and welcoming, and makes sure she does the work well. I just needed some pants lengths shortened, and typically I just tell them the length to cut. Suha however, allowed me to wear the pants and showed me what would look best. She does all the work in-house, unlike other places where I feel like they outsource it. She does it all, alterations, additions, as well was repairing old clothes, great for creating less waste and upcycling old clothes. I highly recommend this place, where the quality of work is superb, yet is cheaper than other places. One small caveat, if the amount paid is a low, she prefers cash or debit.

Great experience! Almost didn't buy a jumpsuit I liked because it didn't fit the way I wanted it to but I decided to give it a try and see if it could be fixed somehow. I have recently gotten my custom made dog's jackets altered after an unfortunate situation with the seller I purchased them from (I at the very least got refunded to store credit when customer support on the website saw what happened with the seller, which pays for 85% of the total alterations cost). I've only ever been to a clothing alterations store once before, and that was a long time ago and just for simple uniform pants, so I was worried about the outcome of my expensive dogs jackets in the hands of people I do not know. This was the best reviewed clothing alterations place somewhat nearby my area though, and all the ladies I ended up meeting that work there have all been very nice, which made me feel more at ease. I ended up having to go twice; once for back sleeves and back length which was most noticeably of incorrect length, another time for the front sleeves after I discovered they were not proper length as well as my dogs paws kept slipping in the sleeves and getting stuck inside the jacket on walks. Both times however, Suha, the women who altered my jackets, did a perfect job! My dog is very comfortable in her jackets on walks now, and the jackets fit well on her! Thank you Suha for good quality work done on her jackets!

I moved to Oakville two years ago, not having a tailor for my clothes. I searched on Google for someone to help fix the zipper on my leather jacket earlier this month, and I found Suha. Despite the pandemic, she offered to attend her store and help me out.
