Best alteration and service in the area! I brought an embroidered dress in to get shortened, which was not an easy job. The people are very nice, it was a no fuss discussion. I collected my dress in a few days and the job was flawless. The price was also very good. This will be my prime destination for alterations and cleaning. Strongly recommend.

What a wonderful I believe more then 10 years succesful establishment. The owner never short of a sincere smile. I have fortunately i say ...observed a outragoes customer who harrassed the owner to the beyond as I was next in line. This women took the coat she was handed over and tried it on after it was dry_cleaned in the shop and totaly made a scene snarling and cursing it shrank. She did this in my opinion because she didnt want to pay. (Who else tries there clothes on after dry cleaning in the shop)???? I felt so bad for the owner as I go there for years and always always had excellent customer service and outstanding tailoring talent. I am writing this as I heard the women saying that she will go to social media slamming the business with her friends. I never forget her face. BEWARE OF HER AS A CLIENT. VERY HEAVY SET mid 50 brownish short hair and foul language. If you look at the reviews you can tell she wanted to smear the business as there timing of bad reviews is close together. This business serves Oakville for many years.

DO NOT GET YOUR TAILORING DONE HERE!!! I brought my dress to be taken up - and asked for it to be hemmed to the floor. He argued with me and said my toes should show. I said no, to the floor. He sighed said fine and pinned it. This dress is to be worn flowing. I put it on after I got it home - and it was hemmed to where HE WANTED IT!!! I can't wear high heal shoes with it because it's too short! I have to wear it with flats! I'm 5'3. I brought it back to the shop and he said it was perfect my toes are showing! I snapped! I told him we had the same argument when he pinned it in the first place and made him lower it. He said he thought it would be too long and altered it! After a few more exchanges he said that he altered to where it was pinned, but that would be impossible because I would have to have been barefoot instead of wearing my heals!!! There are many other places to go! AVOID like a plague

I have been going to this dry cleaners for 10 years now at the recommendation of my mother, who loves it here and won't do her dry cleaning anywhere else. All the way from when I needed alterations of my school uniform in highschool to now having a job with professional attire that needs regular dry cleaning, I have trusted Pro Stitch. The workmanship is good, my alterations always accurate, especially for my big ticket items like formal wear, the job is always done right. On top of that, the owner will always at least TRY to accommodate my alteration requests, even if he knows they will be time consuming and difficult he comes up with some solution for me. My dry cleaning is always on time but most importantly, the customer service can't be beat. The owner has been so good to me and my parents and treats us like family whenever we come in, I wouldn't go anywhere else!

I went to a local dry cleaner to get a zipper replaced and when i got there it was not what I had asked for and was now shrunk and did not fit!!! He gave me a huge run around...at first the receipt was attached to someone else’s order, then sent her away saying it wasn’t ready, then found her in the mall “SOUTH OAKVILLE MALL”. Then he said all of this to me after the fact of not taking responsibility for shrinking it and not with the kind of zipper I had asked for and took 4 days to put a zipper in. And the coat was worth $160.00 and now with the cold weather coming i no longer have a winter coat!! Said by the owner there... - plastic is better , we don't carry metal zippers - It's not us that shrunk it - I'll give you 10$ discount from 64$ to go away I'm busy - " sir I don't have a jacket now , you seen me take it off on Monday when I dropped it off here" Him " oh no I don't recall that " I called ahead of time to make sure it was ready, he said it was. I got there He had a skirt on my receipt at first, and then he said oh I don't know where it is.. the other lady must have put it on you have to come back tonight at 4... I explained to him that I work til 6, and that I can't come until 6... so he said come back at 6 then... so I went to timmies, he came back to timmies and told me it was ready after him telling me he will give me a discount for losing it. I went back to the dry cleaners, I tried it on and everything and it shrank. PLEASE BOYCOT THIS ESTABLISHMENT AS HE DOES NOT GUARANTEE HIS WORK OR CARE ABOUT HIS CUSTOMERS.... He offered me 10$ off of the bill after all was said and done but, why take a coat that no longer fits and does not have what you asked for? Sorry for the rant but people should know what kind of shop owner he is!!

DO NOT go here for winter coats to be cleaned. Every time I have brought a winter coat there has been an issue. The first time, I asked when it would be ready and was given a date. I arrived a day later than I was told to. The woman working there could not have looked more bored or uncaring. My coat was not ready, and neither were my blazers. I came back a few days later and everything was ready, so I decided to give them another chance. It's been a few months and I brought in another winter coat and some blazers. This time, I waited two days longer than I was told and I phoned before I left my house. I was told the blazers were ready but the coat would be ready the next day. Still late, but good thing I called right? Wrong. I came in the next day and the coat was not ready. The same woman was there and she couldn't have cared less. She phoned someone else and they told her "Oh it will be ready tomorrow". When I get my coat back I will literally never set foot in this place again. Such a waste of money.

I will never go there again and don’t advice anyone to go there , the guy who’s there is so rude and have no respect for customers he told me not to come again to the store because I told him I didn’t like one of the two the pants stitching , he didn’t care or listened to what I said to him and he started yelling at me telling I don’t want you to come again and I told him you can’t say that to customers and don’t yell , I’m talking to you in manners and I have the right to tell you I don’t like the stitching when I see it’s not done right .

This is review reflects their tailoring services. Give it to ur mother if u can't do it yourself! It is basic, at best. A pair of $20-$40 pants hemmmed? No problem. Anything above that will be a complete disaster!!! Need a subtle top stick, or a belt loop, or fabric to hang properly after a sleeve hem, or a pocket stitch that matches, or a bra strap holder, or a lining to stay in place, then this is NOT THE PLACE FOR YOU!!! He will do the absolute minimum, has no knowledge of tailoring whatsoever, oh, and he'll argue with you. Basic, ancient knowledge at best. Yes the 2 old ladies that work there awful, but nobody cares because there is no where else to go. Please, stop giving him decent reviews! "I have dirty clothes and pick them up clean" does NOT warrant 5 stars! That's a 3. That's the minimum expection.
