I got a "deal" from an antique store, and thought... well maybe with some work it could come back to life. I brought 2 of my Persian carpets here to get cleaned and they did an amazing job! I have 2 dogs so there was a lot of pet hair and dander in the carpets that just wouldn't come out with a vacuum, but they got it all out! The carpets came back perfect, smelling fresh and looked brand new. I was quoted 2 weeks for the carpets since they needed a real deep cleaning, but they had it done in less than 10 days. My carpet was picked up the day after I called them requesting their service. When Hossein came to pick-up my carpet he closely inspected it from edge to edge and pointed out some characteristics of the carpet and also mentioned that there had been some water spilt on a section of the carpet that had caused some very minor color variations on the back. So he gained my trust right away and I saw that he was very knowledgeable. One week after pick-up my carpet was brought back smelling fresh and looking bright (it looked dingy before). I am really happy with their service and I will be asking them to clean my other rugs.

I called Persian Rug Services and got a quote for the rug cleaning services I needed. The drop off and pick up went smoothly at the Cleaning company in Oakville (nice gentleman, helped me unload and carry it back to my car). When I got back home, I noticed huge deep cuts along one of the rugs, which I had not noticed before. I called them, talked to Joe, and sent him some pictures. He called me back after seeing the pictures, explaining that the cuts were likely already existing from when the workers opened the package in store (when I 1st purchased it), and not likely from their cleaning. I honestly had never noticed the cuts before, but couldn't tell exactly how or when they happened. Joe pondered that, as they didn't flag it upon receipt of the rug, he would have it fixed at no charge. So I dropped it off at his facility and he brought it back to my home in a few weeks, with all the cuts nicely taped. I was so happy with how he handled things that I got him to clean yet another rug that I wasn't really considering doing before. I would use their services again and recommend this company.
