After 10 years we decided to clean our carpets. As you can imagine, they were pretty black and gross. We got Olin's name from a friend of ours and gave him a try. What a great decision!! Our carpets came out amazingly clean! There were a couple of really stubborn spots that hadn't come out, so we called back to ask if he would come back to get them out. Not only did they come back within a couple of days, they came back with a smile on their face!! There was no hassle, no grumbling, and the few spots were taken care of no problem! We had a positive experience with Oliva who provided the lowest quote starting with the people in the office (Kim?) who answered our questions up front and from Jeffrey who performed the cleaning. I had thought our 15 yo off white Berber carpet needed to be replaced after years of active kids and a puppy that struggled with potty training. Oliva cleaned all the carpet in house including an area rug and to my surprise 90% of the stains came out. They even came back and re-treated part of the hallway where some shading returned. Amazing service! We had our carpet cleaned 5 years ago, and again last week, and both times Olin did excellent job. We are family with two young kids, plus we have two cats and a dog, so we had some hard to clean stains on the carpet in the basement, but Olin offered and came for a follow up until stain was gone. The technician was able to keep my front door mostly closed which was much appreciated as the weather was still fairly cool. The carpets were expertly cleaned and dry to the touch within 24 hours. The technician was also able to point out some stains that could not be removed (paint in a closet) and I appreciated the up front honesty. I would recommend Oliva and use them again.

We needed our Rental Townhouse carpets cleaned to make ready for new tenants moving in ; the carpets were in very bad shape due to the previous tenants - so we decided to hire the best Oliva Carpet Cleaning Services to tackle the challenge. Olin and his courteous staff tackled the job on all 3 levels and by the time we arrived to check things out he had the job done - the original condition of the carpets were about 90% restored except for 2 black stains on upper and middle levels. This is my first time using this company to have a large 8x11area rug cleaned and I'm very pleased with the service. The owner is very friendly and responsive, he was able to pick up the rug within a few days and have it back to me in a week. My kids have been abusing the rug for months ... spilling juice and food on it. I wasn't sure their mess could be reversed but I'm glad to say it looks brand new. I contacted Oliva Carpet & Rug cleaning about a polyester rug that I had rolled up in a closet for more then a year. I had the pleasure of using oliva services today. Had my air ducts cleaned by borris and my carpets cleaned by the owner himself Owen. Both gentlemen are a work of art. My ducts are absolutely spotless a perfect job by borris and he is a great guy himself. Very knowledgeable, knows what he is doin and does a great job at it. Owen cleaned my carpets and I couldn't ask for a better job. There was paint, water stains, things I don't even know what it was he removed 99.9% of it. A very nice man and stands buy his word. Our tenants left after completely destroying the carpets in our rental property. Olivia came to the rescue on extremely short notice. I called them at 11 am to book an appt and they were at my home 3 pm that same day! We had no hope for our ivory carpets because they were stained pretty badly but they look almost brand new now. We are happy with the quality of their work and excellent customer service. I have already recommended Olivia to multiple friends. I just can't say enough good things about this place!
