This is our second time using Chem-Dry. This time it was for pet stains thanks to our Covid puppy. Now there is no trace of the stains and they were able to remove years of built up dirt in high traffic areas. Chem-Dry saved us hundreds of dollars that replacing the carpet would have cost. I also love how quickly it dried. We were able to put everything back in the room just hours later. Excellent service, excellent value. This is now our family go-to for carpet cleaning.

Did a great job BUT was mislead by the quote on line and then the final quote given was severely inflated. Originally quoted 200.00 at most for 3 rooms and a hallway and then was told the job would be over $500.00 ($570.00 to be exact). Would I use them again - not a chance. Chiesters.

I recently used Action Chemical-Dry for broadloom and expensive wool area rugs. Phil arrived on time and was very professional. Cleaning wool area rugs in home is costly but worth it vs having to move furniture and arrange pick up/delivery of rugs. I am sure companies that pick up rugs for off site cleaning are also very costly. I had a small issue with the wall to wall broadloom and I contacted the company. They were extremely responsive! The problem was some buckling/rippling which fully resolved but they still sent Phil back to make sure things were ok. He explained why this sometimes happens with certain types of rugs and latex backing. It is refreshing to deal with a company that does quality work and is responsive if there is an issue. I would use them again and recommend them for area rug or wall to wall broadloom cleaning.

I have a 28ft boat that had a significant amount of mould in the carpet headed (ceiling) of the front birth. The technician did an amazing job. The mould and mildew smell was gone. He worked very hard doing an exceptional job. Thank you Mr. Drago. Awesome job!

Found Action Chemdry on Google, their intake process is superb, after speaking to an employee about the method they use I was very satisfied. The results were awesome. The staff was polite and worked quickly, I was amazed at how much dirt came out of the cleaning process. I was also pleased that the carpet dried in 2 hours. I am happy with the results and will use them again.

I am not satisfied with their service first of all the guy came in wearing his shoes on ,on the carpet when my husband said you guys don't take your shoes off he straight away said no OK fine if you don't take your shoes off at least wear shoes cover or protectors and after that his behavior was so rude and didn't clean the carpets properly saying i cant take off the stains they are too old and later when he went i tried my self taking off the stain it came off they were just ripoff what they advertise they don't provide that service i am not happy at all bad service

We had Drago (their senior technician) at our house in May to clean the carpet on our stairs. He did a very poor job and used a product on our white carpet that left yellow stains. Phil then came out to try to fix the problem. He recleaned our carpet but was not able to get the stains out and said it was probably due to a product that Drago used. We then had our carpet specialist come out and look at what they could do and the only solution was to replace the stained portions (at our expense). Luckily we had extra carpet to replace the damaged sections otherwise the cost would have been much higher. I contacted the manager Kate multiple times through phone calls and emails. She initially took my first two calls and then after that was "away from her desk" or "in a meeting". She never responded to my emails when I ask for compensation. She is completely useless and unprofessional. I spoke with another employee there and she said that my complaint was sent to the accounting dept. but the request has to go through the owner. I doubt we will ever see a refund from the run around we have received from this company. Do yourself a favour and hire someone else. P.S. Phil..you are a great guy. If I were you I would try to find a more reputable company to work for.

After posting my review below a manager phoned and apologized for the poor experience. I appreciate she wanted more details so the appropriate staff could be spoken to. She offered 100% refund and credit towards future re-clean....while I appreciated her professional follow up it was frustrating to have to deal with this issue in the first place. Things can and will go wrong, I get it. But it's the manner and timeliness in which situations is dealt with that makes a lasting impression. Poor quality workmanship and customer service. They charged by the sq' but 'cleaned' less than 50% of total area; didn't subtract for beds, dressers nor did they move light furniture i.e. small end tables, even though they advertise they do. The technician was eager to get in and out, onto his next appointment. Even though I paid an extra $120+HST for pet stains the tech quickly sprayed some spots but didn't take time to work on them other high traffic areas. Once the carpet dried, it didn't appear cleaned at all. We called the office repeatedly looking for a timely resolve as this service had to be complete prior to the property being listed for sale. Calls were not returned, after continued efforts to contact a manager the best they would offer was for a more experienced tech come back out to re-clean. Why they even have less experienced techs (at the same rate) doesn't make sense. I explained time had passed to re-clean as the property was booked with showings. In lieu of 2nd tech I asked for a discount on what I had payed. The manager said she'd get back to me, to date I haven't heard anything. Unfortunately we would NOT recommend cleaning from this Action Chem-Dry location.

Phil, the technician, was methodical and did a great job in a short time. The carpet and stairs carpet dried in a short time and they look great. The best thing about Chem-Dry process is that you can clean a carpet on wooden floor and no water or dampness goes through the carpet. I will hire Chem-Dry again.

While the technician was friendly, I paid $285 to get cat urine out of my sofa and the next day the smell was still there :/ they offer no guarantee so it was a risk I took, but sadly a costly and ineffective one.

This review is long overdue. This is the second time we are using Action Chem-Dry (Oakville) for upholstery cleaning services and I had reached out to them a few weeks before this past Christmas (2020)needing several couches, a sectional and a chair to be cleaned. Debbie at the offices was very accommodating to our needs and was able to provide their services on a short notice especially since it was a busy time for them. Our technician was Phil, he arrived on time , wearing mask and all for COVID protocols , I showed him where all the pieces were located and then he set up everything and began the cleaning process. Phil did an incredible job especially in some areas that had stubborn stains , he wouldn’t give up on them. Once all was done he would check in with me to have a look at the pieces that were cleaned as it would be a few hours before they were totally dry. I highly recommend Phil , he was very courteous , did an awesome job with the cleaning and was very careful with moving some of the things around. If anything needed to be redone due to an old stubborn stain all we had to do is contact Debbie and she would have him come back to redo. Again I highly recommend this company, their services and Phil and I would most definitely use them again in the future.

Excellent customer service, professional staff and amazing results! We had our carpets cleaned and it made a huge difference, they look brand new, smell nice and the air quality has definitely improved. It took about an hour to clean 3 bedrooms, a hallway and a staircase. The young gentleman who came in to do the job was very polite, thorough and friendly.
