Just received jacket, button 1/2 falling off (When was originally perfect!) and belt has been detached. Unsatisfied with the service, should have used the washing machine. Also - answering machine constantly full & cannot get through to speak to anyone.

This dry cleaner ruined 3 of my work dresses. I wore the dresses only a few times and were newly purchased. The dresses came back with lint balls and iron stains. I've never had lint from dry cleaning clothes before. Worst part was that she was rude, obnoxious and refused to take any responsibility. I ended up paying the $100 bill just to get out of the store.

Great service and super results. They got tree sap out of my dance performance skirt and removed years of dust from some drapes. Highly recommended!

The absolute best dry cleaner in Victoria! We use them to clean our collection at Government House Costume Museum, and they were reccommended to us by the Costume Department of Pacific Opera Victoria! I use them myself for all our most fragile garments. Cannot praise them more highly!
