Absolutely miserable attendant. Im mot sure why they work there or why they own the place if they hate it so much. Honestly, I have never been treated so poorly. There was absolutely no reason for it other than him projecting his misery and lashing out. Hope this guy figures out how to be happy some day. I do NOT recommend this place. Spend your hard earned income somewhere else.

The service is no where to be seen. The car wash is run down, hand wands do not work properly, very dirty. Staff wander away making you pay more money for your car wash because the meter is still running. The say they had to go pump gas, so, what are there not more people working here? Propane is very expensive. Not a friendly location. Go to you fiends house to wash your car!

I wish there was a zero star option. I phoned to ask when they were open till and the moron who answered was very rude. He said till midnight, then asked if I was ok with that?... Then as I started speaking again he hung up on me. I called back to speak to someone else but all the do is answer and hang up... I mean, what is wrong with these people?!?

Today, the attendant at the car wash was incredibly hostile exclusively "because I had Alberta plates" (in his words). I have followed all government restrictions and my isolation was over. I tired to explain this but he wouldn't believe me. His aggression left me pretty shook up so I was okay to leave without getting a car wash. I really wanted to give this business a fair chance despite the poor reviews but now I see why they are so low. I can't say much about the functionality of the establishment but it seems really run down and the prices are extremely expensive. You will have to pay for a minimum of 10 minutes for >$13. I have come to love the community of Yellowknife throughout the time I've been here but this event has made me feel really unwelcome. I understand the fear about Covid but that doesn't justify taking it out on others. Neither myself nor anyone else deserves this kind of treatment.

I like the car wash here. 4 stars is just for the car was. I have no other experience with any other part of this business. You pay a little over one dollar per minute with a minimum of 10 minutes total cost. I think its great since I can be as thorough or brief as I like within the 10 minutes. No other car wash is this convenient for me.

If there was a way to give 0 stars I would.This place sucks, I literally sprayed the dust off car. I was 2 minutes. His sign states $13.10 for 10 minutes and $1.01 a minute. He insisted I pay 13.10, and that was the minimum. His sign does not state a minimum. The man was incredibly rude, the place has no water pressure. The dust on my car was still there after rinsing. I do not recommend you go here, stay away.

Lady who works there got mad telling us we needed to be quarantined when everyone has followed all the rules and we have already been here longer than 2 weeks. We went to use the vacuum but apparently we weren't supposed to move it, she grabbed it out of my hands, dragged it away bumping it into the rental vehicle and proceeded to storm off swearing. Very unprofessional, I suggest looking else where since this isn't the first time a complaint like this has happened.

Worst customer service ever !! Even for yellowknife standard. The guy working at the register was smoking crack while on the job. After he finished his smoking session he then started yelling at an old lady for no apparent reason and told her to leave midway through he carwash. If I could give ZERO stars I would.

If I could give zero or negative stars, I definitely would. Being new to the area and having never been here, my husband and I went to check it out and wash our vehicle. My husband is a new driver and accidentally pulled into the exit area and was about to reverse to drive around to the entrance and the lady working there started yelling at him that this was her property and she wouldn't serve him. He tried to explain he thought it was the entrance but then realized too late but she just kept yelling get out, get out, get out and so we just left. HORRIBLE way to treat a new customer and absolutely no understanding or help when a simple mistake was made. Definitely don't waste your time at this place.
