I did not know that the smaller machines are broken. It has no signage at all. Anyway, I did my laundy (curtains) on the small machine. It got stuck. I could not open the door. Afraid of getting it broken, I left my curtains for the next day. The following day, I called and guess what?! My curtains are gone! ???? STOLEN!

More washers and dryers out of service. Hours state open at 6am but doors and internal lights come on and unlock at 6:30pm.

Pretty much all the washing machines were broken. It was way over-priced with a regular load costing $4.75 to wash. I mistakenly when back - guess what ... it is still the same.

So my wife had to go and do our laundry there so this review is based on her experience. However, she and many others noticed that one of the washing machines were leaking water and has not been contained or cleaned. According to my wife, it is very cost effective, but it seems that the ownership are neglecting the full functionality and maintenance of the washing machines and that makes it rather unsafe and could very well lead to flooding in the facility. That is not acceptable and disappointing. More importantly, there is no contact information to call in or email anyone about defective washing machines/dryers. For a good laundromat, that is not good enough and unsafe for anyone, especially for my wife. Ownership, you are just going to have to do better than that. Hence only the three stars from my wife's experience.

Very expensive and run down. 25cents for 4 minutes on the dryer. They must have raised the prices. A lot of the machines are broken, so are the stools and chairs. Floor is dirty, lots of dryer sheets and garbage bags laying around.

Alot of machines were out of service,, and for some weird reason the smaller machine cost more than the medium sized ones, also to wash is very pricey. I ended up spending $65 just on washing for 8 loads of laundry. I think it's crazy. Drying his not so bad, I put 3 wash loads in one dryer and threw on $3 and everything was dry. One thing I love is the tables. To fold clothing, makes it so much easier to fold and not have to wait.

Saw a roach in washer number 23. Also was already upset that I had to drive down the road and relieve myself down a dark lane at 3am. 24hr laundromat and the washrooms are locked. Had to make sure the guy who asked me for change 4 different times didn't follow me. Never again would i come here

Overall clean space. Owner should have an emergency contact number to resolve issues at any time since it’s open 24 hours. Coin dispenser did not give change for a customer and there was no one to call. I wouldn’t go back there

First I might say this place is very clean! The ladies that are on sight are kinds and so helpful. Please treat these ladies with kindness and respect cause it will be returned!!! The washers are in all sorts of sizes and prices and there are two different sized dyers. It's worth what you spend cause your clothes come out very clean and the dryers are amazing. I only pay for 30 mins of a double load of clothing andy clothes come out dry and smelling great. The big dryers are amazing for blankets and larger loads, and again you don't have to do more then 30-45 mins and everything is dry. I love this place and highly recommend it, you will love it.

Very clean, the people who work there are very nice and helpful. Doing laundry there is a little pricey. Small load is $3.25 med 5.25+ large $7.50+ and XL $9.00+ and other places are starting at$ 2.00 for a small and a large is $6.00.

the coin machines always gives back the wrong change, when you call to get your money back they don have a voice mail. i went in left a message with one of the workers about mý experience know one called me back and this happened more than once, currently the owe me 4 dollars.

Lots of machines and its a clean and bright place. I don't use Laundromats very often so I can't compare but I thought it was fairly expensive.

They shouldn’t even be getting a star, the lady that works during the day is rude, you complain she starts to say how she will call the police.. She doesn’t like people to complain about their defective machines, I got into it with her today. She will keep speaking to other customers about you, the first time I ever complained and this will be the last time I will be going there.. A lot of people have stopped coming there because of her and her attitude and I will be telling people about her behaviour, I live in the area and people will stop coming there because her of ways. Michael needs to find someone else with people skills, she lacks it.

Under different owners it was good, now it's a run down, dirty hole. Half the washers are either broken or not accepting loonies. You then have to use their coin machines and they spit out 75% tokens that can only be used in tgeir washers. There is ZERO air-conditioning and if you dare open the door for fresh air the crazy woman tells te you to close it. She would rather have suffocating heat than risk a fly coming in. This woman is beyond strange, yells yt eceryoev for no apparent reason and screams "get out!" If you go near her counter, not that you want to get near her as she's greasy and in need of a shower. The owner of this place should be ashamed.
