UP-DATE New owners, kept clean & nicer staff, nicer owners.... Went in on a Sunday afternoon, garbage on the machines & floor, dryer sheets & paper towel. Washing machines & dryers break down, staff totally useless. Staff said they won't reemburse or run the laundry through the machine when it broke down & left my cloths soaking wet.. They told me to speak with management during the day. Like I need to take time off work to come in during the day to get back $3.25 because their machine didn't rinse spin my cloths dry? Called the owner, she was too busy & didn't care. They always have machines breaking down. Horrible place, never doing my laundry here again. People do there dirty carpets in these washers & they don't clean them enough. They also lock the doors at 8pm so you don't stay late. Be careful of dryers, if the error code comes up it stops drying & your out the money, if your not watching the machine you wouldn't know. Check the washers for people's cloths before putting your stuff in... I found wet socks in the machine & other things. Dry cleaning services are awful, got a jacket back, it was wrinkled, shrunk & the stain ( right shoulder) was never removed (Posted pics). I paid for them to ruin my jacket! I would never use them again!!!

I have been using this place for almost four years now. The service was good so far but today I had TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE. I loaded my soiled clothes in machine #12 and entered enough coins to start the machine. When I opened the lid of the liquid detergent container to pour my detergent I realized the container was already full. I asked the lady who was working there to remove the detergent so that I could pour my detergent and start the machine. She said she could not help me and suggested me to use another machine. Since I was in a hurry I loaded the another machine with $5.50, transferred my clothes and started the machine. I then asked the lady to return my $5.50 that I had loaded in the first machine since I did not use it. To this the lady responded and said she doesn’t have access to the counter or the machines and asked me to wait for another guy who will change the shift with her at 8pm. She said this guy will be able to refund the money ( I later realized she was laying to me. She could have helped then and there and refunded my money but for some reason she was lying and not willing to help me). I came back at 8:30, explained the situation to the person who changed the shift with her and came to know that he was in fact the cleaning guy and the previous lady was managing the store and had access to the counter and could have helped me. I got upset and showed my frustration to the poor guy who was not at fault. It was not about the money. If she had not lied to me in the first place I would have been ok and not cared about the money since I was in a hurry. Today is my last time here. A lot of my friends come here and I am also going to advice them not to come here.

I have been a customer here for over 5 years for dry cleaning service, a few weeks a go some of our clothes were not ready for pick up and I understand they might not have it since there were I few pieces, I let it go, I dropped a shirt to be dry cleaned on Wednesday was told it will be ready Saturday after 4 showed up at 6 and it was not ready I asked the attendant why wasnt it ready she said she didnt know she went to the back and the shirt was not even sent out to be dry cleaned! What kind of service is this?! I had to take the shirt back and clean it myself since it was needed for tomorrow. You just lost a loyal customer! Terrible service these days!

Under new Chinese ownership who are nice and able to fix any problems. They got hurt by first wave of COVID. Went in Monday 1230pm and it was mobbed by 130pm. Triple loader is $5,25..Dryers $1.50. for 30 mins. Try to avoid busy hours like weekends otherwise it's ok as laundromat s go.

Infested with roaches. Machines steal your money and the so called person on duty won't do anything about it. He just comes to press pause and the machine loses 2 minutes in his presence and he just gives a card to call in the morning. Don't come here!

Nice place, clean, machine cost is not crazy, it has small, medium, medium large and large machines, dryers are also pretty good, large and super large (x2) dryers, it does also have a convenient washroom if the need arises and a small kids room. Because of the location it also has the nice parking lot from the Ellesmere side, and if you want you could leave your stuff working while you shop around, eat, or have a haircut.

I've visited Toronto a few weeks ago during my vacation. My Airbnb located near this laundry shop and after a long trip with loads of dirty clothes, I decided to walk in and wash all of them. The washing machine are new and working properly. I had a small chat with the owner because I found out they are Vietnamese too. No less than my expectation, they were super friendly.

Absolutely love this place! Fabulous location that offers wash and fold service as well as dry cleaning! Quick turn around time! I would recommend this place to anyone and everyone. For the laundry, the facility is clean, tidy, safe and up kept. Great service by the people running it!

EXTREMELY POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE! I put my money into machine 20 and the machine did not start. I notified the attendant (who claimed to be the owner) who basically called me a liar, argued with me and had a very bad attitude. What happened to the customer is always right? This was a disturbing experience that woman should not be working with the public.

Just bad service now!! and needs 3 times the money compared to last year what used to be needed to do laundry Quality has gone down over the last year COMPLETELY Decreased time consistently to $ value Dryers never work properly and 3/5 times brought cloths home as damp or wet! When you’re complaining about the matter to staff they just ignore and don’t reply at all

Worst customer service ever! Machine ate my money and I told the “owner”. She told me that the knobs are sensitive and that’s it. It was my fault for touching the knobs when pressing start. “Too bad” and basically called me a liar trying to cheat her out of $3.25. Rude as hell. I told her I’d write a bad review and she said go ahead. My first bad review ever that I’ve had to write and I’ve had some bad experiences but this lady was cream of the crop of bad attitude. Stay away if you can! They steal your money!

Just going to say it right away: this place has cockroaches. This was my first and only time here and as I was folding my laundry on a table, a roach ran across the table towards my laundry. Luckily I saw it and hit it away with my water bottle, but I wouldn't want to risk taking one home with me, so I won't be back. As for the machines, I don't usually go to laundromats, so I can't compare it to others, but I found the prices weren't cheap (Washing machines: Small: $2.75; Med: $4.25; Large: $5.25; Dry: $0.25/5 mins but the dryers are huge). Besides that machines were fine and attendant was very helpful, so they each get a star.

The laundry in my apartment building was not working and I had a LOT of laundry to do. I called Parkwood about 1 pm on Sunday and was told I could get my laundry back by 8 that night if I got there quickly. True to their word, it was ready as promised and everything was neatly folded - even my socks had been paired. Cost was the one-day rate posted on their website. Very prompt, friendly service - thanks!

Just did my laundry there. Dryer machine 33 did not dry my clothes. I told the attendant and she put her hand on the dryer and said the dryer was warm. I told her my clothes didn't dry for the length of time I put it on for. She argued saying the dryer works. Yes it does work but not enough heat to dry the clothes. She did nothing about putting a sign on the dryer. All she did was argue. So much for a customer is always right!! Well it's been a month since I posted and I tried dryer 33 and guess what they still haven't fixed it. Makes me wonder why it hasn't been fixed and I am pretty sure other's have complained. Well it's a week later and they finally put a green sticker over the coin slot on dryer 33. I guess I won't get an apology from the staff member who argued with me..lol

Attendants are friendly and courteous. Overall I enjoy doing laundry there. However some patrons should be more patient and mindful that others including children are around.
