Most of the time I lose money in these machines. Smaller washers dont work properly. Dryers too expensive and no heat.

The laundry is good and provides 24/7 service which is really great. One thing I noticed repeatedly is no one is around to help you out with machines. Just don't use the machines to buy a soap here.. it is a waste of money and you will get nothing out of machine... it eats your coins and sadly no one would help you out.

My history is so funny, yesterday night i was doing my lundry, so it was late. My cell phone dead, i went out to take a taxi, for sure i didn't know the time. But when i took a taxi y went to take out my bags and the door was locked. So all my stuff was at the door but i couldn't take. So i got home, email to them and right away they answer. They called me, and were trying to rich the cleaner so i can go to pick up my stuff, they couldnt find the person but they said to me probably they gonna lock my stuff so i can go today and see. I went today at 5.30 my stuff wasnt there i email them again and they said the managger its going there and look for it. He called me and said my stuff is over there and he said is gonna bring my stuff to my house. Thank you so much for everything you guys done for me. And i recomend this place so much. Is not because this only, if not because i have been doing my lundry for 2 years and half and this new managment change this place completly. The service is very good now, and they are so kind. Thanks so much.

Had to share a review as this place is so much improved! Under new management, and it's obvious they really care about the place. Everything has undergone an upgrade: cleaner, brighter, more chairs and folding space, more convenient hours. They even have a Facebook page with promotions and a suggestion box on site (and they actually seem to read the submissions!!) This is definitely the best laundromat in the area now.

I don’t usually feel compelled to write reviews, especially when it comes to coin laundromats; however, I was so pleased and had such an amazing experience at this place, that I just had to! Dufferin Laundry Lounge is bright, very clean, and the machines seem brand new. The management was also extremely friendly and helpful. I will come back for sure! I highly recommend this laundromat - the best I’ve been to in the city!

I only came here because the 24/hr laundromat I usually go to was very busy on this Friday night. When I arrived it was completely empty (it was around 10:30pm) which was nice. Decent amount of machines. Cheaper than the other laundromat I usually go. This place is dirty though and needs a good cleaning and sanitization. I loaded a load into one of the bigger washers and it went out of service and ate my money after I locked my clothes in there. $5 for that machine and I lost it. My laundry also got locked in there and I had to pry the door open to get my clothes out. There’s no one readily available to contact for help. You have to send them an email and wait for a response which it’s the next morning and I still haven’t received anything. DONT DO YOUR LAUNDRY HERE. You will lose money. Go to the 24/hr mat at just off keele and Wilson. They’re the best ???? EDIT: about 6 days later and still no email response about getting my hard earned money back. These people are not accountable nor responsible. If you want to blow your money during this pandemic, do your laundry here.

It was my first time using coin laundry in Canada. I’m mostly at work during the day but luckily found this 24/7 laundry. The place needs some deep cleaning and sanitization. Tissues, coffee spills all over. Considering the pandemic, it wasn’t a very welcoming place in terms of cleaning. However, the laundry is very affordable and washer dryers work pretty well. For $10 I got to wash and dry 2 weeks of my dirty clothes. The snack vending machines worked well. They even have change dispensers so go without the pocket full of coins. Overall it was a good experience. Recommend.

I used the washer and when I took my clothes out they were still really wet. The washer didn't wring the clothes out properly. Also the clothes still felt soapy when I took it out. Not impressed.

Machines frequently out of service. Won't return return your money. Dryers barely heat up to dry clothes without spending 45 minutes in dryer. Also bed bugs spread when dryers aren't calibrated to heat enough to kill them. This laundromat could potentially be a haven for spreading bedbugs

Nice, clean, bright ,convenient ,free wifi ,open 24 Hrs,and cheaper.I love the XL washers for heavy loads.Detergents, dryers sheets available in vending machines at very reasonable price $1.25 I will definitely recommend to everyone.

THIS PLACE IS HORRIBLE. The change machine is rigged and short changed me 2 times even got video of it. Then the vending machine ripped me off $4 and Half of their dryers DON'T WORK AT ALL WASTED MONEY. Which is bad for a single mom with cancer on a fixed income. NOT TO MENTION THE PLACE IS SOOOO DUSTY& DIRTY. No contact number at all for emergency issues.

Washer took my money didn't work,two other washers worked to start with but stopped working and I had to wait over 20 minutes before door opened to get my clothes out,which were all soaking wet and still dirty.
