Nice and clean, need a little more maintenance on dryers as 2 were out of service and another 2 were not working properly. Also pricier dryers for the amount of time given.

Easily located. Phone staff isn't always available but are very polite when they answer calls. You can call to let them know about minor issues like Change machine empty and they'll come refill it in half an hour The laundry was clean during my visit. It was a bit dissapointing and very inconvenient that the WASHERS ONLY ACCEPT 25¢ and $1 coins. The DRYERS and Triple Load WASHERS ONLY ACCEPT 25¢ coins. But They have a functioning Change dispensing machine on site. Also, there are no instructions or guides on how to use each type of machine (especially the triple load washers). So, a first time user will be super confused. This isn't helped by the lack of staff on site. They have free WiFi, but it may be unavailable some times during the year. There were brooms around to allow you clean up after yourself. Helpful. They also have a soap, bleach and softener dispenser on site (at extra cost of course). Along with a snack and soda machine. Sadly, they do not have a restroom.

The smaller coin-feed machines are a waste of time and DO NOT properly clean your cloths. Some of the garments looked like they hadn't bene even washed. Went here last night as our own washing machine had malfunctioned. Of course there are no Laundromats in our area so we drive to this ****hole. Change machine at the front of the operation could not decipher a $20 bill so we had to go next door for change? Stretchy people hanging around the place and in the area. Dryers are very old and no staff around until someone came to lockup at 10pm. If I could give zero stars I would. Disgusting!

Updated machines. Clean. Reasonable, but it's the only laundromat in north T.O. where the WC is never available (torture!) and there is no access to a washroom anywhere nearby. For this reason, you might be wise to go to points north if you have much of laundry to do.

It's very clean, and air conditioned. The only thing I wish is that they posted a sign regarding adding bleach to a wash load. I like my bleach to go in at the beginning of the cycle not later. Otherwise great laundromat.

Have been coming for years and staff have always been quick to answer calls regarding machine issues and fix in a timely fashion. I suspect that ownership must have changed recently because the number is no longer in service (guessing they forgot to update after the change). Lost close to $10 over the last two visits due to a combination of machines eating my quarters (and not crediting), and a dryer that spun with no heat for an hr so I had to pay and wait for another cycle. Because of the out of service number, there was no way to inform the owners about which machines weren’t working, so sadly, other people probably lost money on those machines before and after. Would not recommend coming here (we’re moving shortly so it’s less of an issue for us) until a means of communicating with owners is re-established.

The WORST Coin Laundry I've ever been in. The coin changer is not working and I put in $20 and it only gave me $6. I tried calling the owner yet he told me that he is in the middle of something and can't do anything about the money to do my laundry and just told me to wait until 11am and he will come. TAKE NOTE I came there at 8 in the morning to do my laundry, does he want me to wait 3 hours for just $14? You know what, keep that $14 to help you and your Coin Laundry do better. Dirty and old machines, the dryer doesn't even work right, no attendees and bad customer service. FOR CUSTOMERS, bring your laundry to another laundry place, don't come here.

Great customer service! I have been coming for a few months and the rates are reasonable and the place is well-maintained. The other day one of the machines malfunctioned and my clothes were stuck inside a washing machine. The staff came immediately when I called and once they determined the problem they offered to dry and fold my clothes for me to pick up the next day. Definitely went out of their way to make up for the inconvenience. Very nice people too. I will keep coming here as long as I live in the area.

Ee are during Covid 19 that says swash you're hands often . You have a sink but nothing to dry you're hands with . You need an attendant there or yourself to keep place clean . Everybody is touching these machine . Lots of metal in there which is very dangerous to contact the disease .Cause Covid 19 stays the longest on metal . You need someone there to keep cleaning after each person leaves and refill the paper towels when empty . Clean ..Clean ..clean & a native.

When you consider how few laundromats there are in this area this business is a God sent with the concentration of apartment dwellers in the area be they retirees or ordinary folks. It also has the standard fare of large machines for bedspreads and large items with the appropriate dryers to accommodate. It also has a change making machine from bills to coins

Lots of washers and dryers available after 8pm during my visit. Used the triple load washer ($5) and two dryers ($0.25 per 5 mins). Bought tide box ($0.75) and there is a change machine available. There is music playing and some plastic lawn chairs to sit while you wait. Not much interesting to do within walking distance.

Clean safe place. Has bills to coin change machine, no ATM. Minimum $3 ro wash, $0.25 to dry for 5 minutes. Free wifi. TV. overall good laundromat!

First time doing my laundry at this location, small, it's extremely overated. Dirty, washer leakes, expensive and the dryer are horrible. Don't waste your time. Funny enough, I came here because of the rating. Just goes to show, you can't believe what you read.
