I brought 5 old ( 80-100 year range), family heirloom carpets in to be cleaned, and while they had them, they repaired the border of one of the larger ones. The rugs came out beautifully and I am very happy with their work.

They repaired torn edges on my small older wool rug. The price was lower quote than other places. I chose hand repair and it came out great. Repair in 2 weeks because so many locals in North Van drop off rugs for cleaning/repairs. Plus Shenasi Carpet had great selection of rugs.

We have been having our carpets cleaned here for 22 years. For 18 of those years we had a five star B&B where our carpets had a lot of traffic. PCC carpets always take excellent care of all our carpets They get even the worst stains and dirt out. The staff is wonderful. The men who clean the carpets take great pride in their work and they and the office staff are consistently gracious and efficient .We highly recommend PCC carpet cleaning!

We first took our used Persian rug, which we knew nothing about, to a large store on Marine Drive. They told us it was 100 years old, worth $10,000, and wanted $3,500 to straighten it, clean it, and make it like new. Fortunately, we ran away as fast as we could and went to Shenasi Carpet where we the no pressure owner explained why straightening wouldn't last. We had it cleaned and the fringe trimmed to be shorter and straight for $130 and we are thrilled with the results. And, they have a fabulous selection of affordable rugs.
