Racist owners. I get the machine is old but they charge sp much for so little and they bother you all day. I get that they own a small business but is so rude. Go to the laundromat at 33rd and Victoria. So much better and nicer.

Dryer time was extremely kwik. Got yelled at for getting the floor wet buy my shoes in the middle of a snowstorm. Makes no sense.

Best Laundromat in Vancouver. Not insane or dirty or full of crazy people. Good service, polite. Couple of huge machines, a few very large ones and some top loaders. Haven't seen any other laundromats in this area with better service or atmosphere or better machines.

The machines are old and the washers are very small (you can get two washer loads per dryer load), but the owners have work ethic like you won't believe. Other reviewers have called them "rude", but they were perfectly polite to me and eager to please. You can drop off and go, or you can stick around and have a snack while you're waiting. And apparently they have a clothes repair side gig.

best laundromat around!! best prices and nicest people, best to drop off the laundry and let them do it tho as they are very particular about their machines. average around $8 for 1 bag! awesome!

Phenomenal service! I came in on a Saturday and it was virtually empty. The owner was more than happy to help me out. I felt totally comfortable leaving my clothes there while I ran some errands, and the owner even suggested that he could throw them in the drier for me if I would like, so I said yes. I came back a few hours later and everything was done and they even had all of my clothes folded and bagged! It was a little on the pricier side but the service was absolutely worth it so I even left a tip.

Yes, they have older machines and an older facility...but they still work without a problem, and I have seen them maintained. I just need clean clothes, so I don't need fancy. They are ESL so perhaps that's why some people think they're rude? I actually find them quite nice, and have a "don't worry, I'll do it for you" attitude. If you have a personal method to your laundry, you have the option to use their machines at your leisure or you can actually instruct them on how you want it done. Drop-offs can be same day or next day p/u, and you get it back folded. Two average size loads wash+dry is about $14, a small load wash+dry is like $6. Anyway they're mu neighbourhood laundromat and I haven't felt the need to go elsewhere. :)

Absolutely recommend this laundromat. We brought in a small plastic bag of clothes and dropped it off for $8 CAD. We returned in the afternoon after touring the city and collected our freshly laundered clothes all folded. Friendly service as well.

Love the service here, we drop our clothes off every second week and pick them up the next day nice clean and folded. Two large kitchen bags around $14. Three bags around $18.

Went in today to get my coat washed and dry. On the edges was black so I told him about it. When I got it back, the black was still there. Charge me 8 dollars. I didn't complain, so I went back home to wash myself. not so satisfy about it.

I have been using the drop off laundry service for months now. The owners are so lovely, they remember mine and my partners names every time. Not only do I leave the store with clean, folded laundry, I also leave with a smile on my face from such a great and friendly service!!

We get our laundry done there every couple of weeks. Noel and his wife do a fabulous job - everything comes back perfectly washed, dried and folded - and for cheap! 6 large garbage bags costs us about $40 which is worth its weight in gold since I hate doing laundry. I could recommend them more.
