Absolutely horrid. The woman takes your laundry out even when it's still wet for other people to use - leaving you with wet laundry if youre not there the minute it's finished. First time here and definitely won't be back. There are plenty of other laundromats in North Vancouver with better service.

Dropped-off dress shirt to be cleaned and pressed. Was to take two days and they would call when it was ready. I received no call. The next day I called them. They had yet to pick it up (as it's sent out). I was told that I can pick it up between 4:00 and 6:00 today. I expressed the necessity of it being ready as I have an event tomorrow and they close at 6:00. If I had to go buy a brand new shirt, the stores close at 6:00. I was then told to come at 3:00. I will never go back to this place nor will I recommend it.

BEST LAUNDROMAT in North Van area. The operators are very friendly and helpful, there is plenty of parking, you can pay with a card and for some reason it is never full. I actually enjoy doing my laundry now. I love this place!

I accidentally left 2 shirts behind and once I realized I forgot them 2 days later, they had kept them for me. They even went to the length of removing the lints on them. An unexpected recovery of my shirts. I am thankful. Thank you guys

One of the last laundromats in North Van. They also offer laundry drop of service in addition to standard coin machines. The counter is always attended to provide change for the machines and tables and wheeled baskets for loading and sorting. They do sell detergent and additive but for the price walk across the road to the mall and get your own... Don't wander to far while your laundry is going or the attendant will remove your items from washers immediately when done even if the place is empty and no other machines in use.

The place is always not very busy, you will find a washing machine available always. they provide change if u need, you can pay by card if u want( little more charge). They sell detergents and all the needs for washing. There is always basket wheelers to move around the stuff from the washing machine to the dryer. I recommend this place

I had run into an issue with another laundromat closed and discovered this business was open. After receiving helpful directions, I was assisted by A with the machines. Both A and L were very kind and went above and beyond, in helping me in ways that were heartfelt and deeply appreciated! ???? I was so thankful for coming to this business and left, feeling happy! Best laundromat I've been to so far. The venue is clean, the machines are the most industrial-feeling I've ever used, the prices are fair, and the staff are friendly and very accommodating. I once ran errands while my clothes dried and was going to be late to pick them up, and the clerk offered to stay after close until I arrived or keep my laundry overnight so I could pick it up in the morning.

It's 6.30 pm. This place is supposed to close at 7 pm. Fought traffic to get here and did get here before 6 pm. and as has happened far to often in Vancouver the owner decided to close early. Perhaps if you want to run a Business you should adhere to your own hours of operation? By the way your clock inside the laundromat is also set 15 minutes fast.. Coincedence??

My washing machine broke and due to Covid it's a very long wait to get another one, I was dreading having to go to a laundromat , but Anu the owner is great , very friendly and professional the machines are always available and very clean. Thanks Anu will definitely come back when needed.

This place has changed owners twice. Use to be somewhat clean but omg what a filthy dirty disgusting place. now. I felt my clothes were dirtier than what they were after they were washed. Five machines broken as well and a 14 year old working alone!! I highly recommend NOT going to this filthy place!! I certainly won't be back!!

Have done a little specialty laundry here the last two years like large items. Now my home machine is broken and Lynn Valley Laundromat has come to my rescue with flying colours. A family run laundry worth supporting to keep these small businesses going. Someone there during open hours to oversee customer is OK..

I was looking for somewhere to take my duvets to be laundered and went to this laundromat. The parking was excellent, lots of spots right out front. The service was also excellent. The new owners were working there and were not only helpful but lovely to chat to. I would highly recommend them and will definitely return!

Being new to north vancouver I've tried multiple laundromats and NOTHING compares to the Lynn valley. Reason 1. They have great parking and easy to get to. 2. They have entertainment including wifi,mall/village near by, comfy couch where you can hook up your laptop, and or watch tv on their wall. 3. The management which are always there makes you feel right at home and are very pleasant to be around. ULTIMATELY they make what's a chor to some into a great experience and I'll be going nowhere but here for my laundromat needs.

Great service. Both my daughter and I dropped off our feather duvets (4 in all) and just walked away. Came back next day to beautifully clean, like-new duvets. The down was all distributed perfectly and we are thrilled that we do not have to replace what seemed like old, tired bedding. Saved money, time and the effort of having to do them ourselves. Prices were GREAT as well. I will return for any cleaning needs. Very pleasant staff!!!
