First time ever using Coin laundry. The owner, I think is the Korean lady, super kind and helpful. I had no clue what I was doing, she approached me and helped me. Definitely recommend going here! :)

Been here once before, said I’d never return. Young guy rude and arrogant, think he hates the fact he works at a laundry-mat… who knows… definitely has an attitude problem… Anyway, I reluctantly returned because my preferred laundromat was closed. I put my 3 loonies in and pushed the money slide, the machine started, upon releasing the slide a loonie didn’t drop. Ha! You beauty I said to myself. The guy seen this and came running over and demanded the dollar. I said man your machine malfunctioned it’s my lucky day. He then lifted the lid and with frustration and hit the reset button stopping the wash cycle 5 or 6 spins in and slammed the lid…. He then demanded MY dollar with anger, absolute bone head if you ask me. Again, I was like come on man you’re kidding aren’t you…. If my gear wasn’t soaked from the start of the cycle I’d have walked straight out, but needing the washing done I gave him the friggin dollar. Then he lifted the service lid and pressed the restart button before slamming the lid down, then the machine started…. DO NOT COME HERE!!!!

I don't know if I caught these guys on a bad day or what, but I was serverely disappointed with the price of their drop off service today. By my estimate, the service should have cost no more that $55 MAX given the weight and their advertised prices of 80 cents per load. Instead I was charged $70. I had one load of wash only items that I had seperated prior to drop off that they put in the wash the wash and folded wet. The other laundry items that were washed, dried and folded should have been $48. They state on their website that exceptions to the price may be underwear and a lot of sheets and towels. My 4 sheets and 2 towels and underwear for one person don't justify such a mark up. Very disappointed.

We love this little coin laundry place! The folks that run it are so friendly and helpful! It is much cheaper than doing laundry at the apt building I live in. No photos of my laundry folks, dirty or clean! Lol

The owner is so friendly and helpful! She always helps you find a machine to use when it's busy! Free parking in the front and rear. The only thing is it's a busy area being the only laundry mat, it can get busy. Cheap bank machine inside for your convenience. Plus a tv to watch while you wait

Excellent for drop off service plus they're open late. They even have a machine that quickly squeezes a lot of the water out of your things making drying time way shorter. It only costs 50 cents and holds a lot.

I love doing my laundry here. The establishment itself isn't perfect but the lady who runs it is such a treat. She has taken my drop laundry and gotten it done it a quick time frame and the times I've stayed to so it myself she praised me on my folding! Love her! She makes the experience.

This place's price and service are unparalleled in the area. The family that runs it is super nice and helpful. For my roommate and I, it's worth the extra 6 minute walk compared to our nearest alternative. One time I accidentally put too much soap in and the lady gave me a free rinse cycle to wash out the excess. Another time my roommate went, she told them which machines were the newer, better ones to put her stuff into. The place is clean and affordable. They always have change on hand and there is an ATM inside of you need. The triple washer is not ridiculously priced like in other places. Laundry comes out clean and satisfactory.

My girlfriend went there had 45 mins before closing and they wouldn't let her even wash anything she said she didn't care if they was fully dry when she had to leave they was. Rude and. She wasted 40 a cab for them.to turn her away she even told them it was a important that they got finished due to our injurys and recovery

Going to any laundromat is not the most luxurious experience but I've had nothing but positive experiences here. The owner is lovely, she is always smiling and offers help whenever needed. I brought in a stained white top to wash and she scrubbed it with bleach for me. I have visited Highland laundry several times and will continue to do so.

Great and very friendly service - and that on a labour day weekend! For example, when drying machine didn't heat up properly, probably due to my error, the lady just put in more quarters (not charging me). Plus both she and another gentleman who also runs the place always help with folding large items etc.

The lady here is very rude, we asked her that we put 8 coins already in the machine but only shows 4 in the screen, she said we did it wrong then after she hits the machine twice it still reads 6. Her machine doesnt work properly but she insist that we are the one who were doing wrong even if after we explained to her that we tried to press the button to disepense out the coin but it wont, she even count back the coin to check if we are lying but after counting the coins we have and it comes out that we really did put 8 coins in it she didnt even apologies . And most of her drier even if you put on high still not hot enough to dry small amount of clothes inside, she just want you to put more coins in it, what a scammer.

The Korean lady was very rude and curt. When I told her the big (triple and quadruple) machines never got hot water she told me the clothes are being washed with hot water but that the glass to the touch would not get hot! Unheard of!!! I had to put my hand in the laundry detergent compartment during the second cycle (which is when she said the water gets hot!) to prove to her the water is cold. I don’t appreciate people lying. Then she said it’s because the place is busy today which is why there is no hot water! She told me to take my clothes to another laundromat. Soaking wet!!! Not recommend.
