terrible service, left 9 outdoor cushions for cleaning after trying myself to clean, 5 days later arrive to pick up only to find they never bothered to do anything with them. They told me they seemed okay/clean and that I could try to "use shout" now to get out the stains. I expressed my frustration with them and they then said that I could leave them again for cleaning, this was 24 hrs before the May long weekend. Never returning.

Charlotte and her team take a lot of pride and are active in the community, raising money for the local food bank and other charities. Highly recommend this place. As it was a long weekend and others shops were not ready to dryclean my suit, but Javed took my suit and delivered the next day all ready. I really appreciate his customer service and the price he charged was genuine. I am really happy with the service , i would recommend this place.

!!BUYER BEWARE!! This place totally RUINED both of my beautiful winter coats!!! ???? I asked that the owner phone me, and I waited two weeks and NOTHING! So I went in for the third time and to add insult to injury, the owner started YELLING at me! ???? Not only did he turn my whites pink and burn off all the faux leather trim on my coats, but he also insulted me!!! Yelled at me!!! And sent me away with with ruined coats and not so much as an apology. These people have no clue what they are doing!!! Don't give them your clothes!!! There are two other dry cleaners within walking distance that have been in business longer than these clowns - who have just bought the shop with clearly zero idea on how to run a business, deal with customers, or clean your garments. ????

DANGER! I have liked this cleaner in the past, but my most recent experience was not a good one. I had a jacket cleaned there recently, and the first time I wore it was a very unpleasant experience, as the cleaner had sewn on a loose button, and had left the needle still in the jacket. Sadly, I didn't see it when I put the jacket on, and only discovered it when I was behind the wheel of my car and some movement drove the needle into my stomach. I nearly went off the road, and had a frantic few moments until I managed to pull over and extract the needle. Today I took the jacket back to the cleaners, and while the woman I spoke to (owner? manager? staff?) acknowledged that she had done it, she made no apology. All she said was that "people make mistakes", and ignored my rejoinder that her mistake had almost killed me. People do indeed make mistakes, but an apology and commitment to be more careful are the minimum response I'd expect from a responsible person.
