We asked for deep cleaning services which included cleaning the base trims of our walls, the inside of the cabinets, windows and blinds. We rent out our unit and want to ensure it is super clean before the next tenants. The two girls who came were very sweet, but they didn't do a good job. Perhaps they were tired after a long day - who knows. Our experience: - The cabinets were not scrubbed at all. Surface clean at best. There remained dirt and stains on the inside. - the mirrors were left with terrible streaks from the cleaner they used - the windows were the same; full of streaks. We ended up redoing the windows and mirrors ourselves. - the girls hadn't even touched the trim as we had asked. There was dust on all of it. This isn't representative of a deep clean and shouldn't warrant the hourly rate charged. My partner and I were really disappointed with the experience we had.
