Way too much soap on the soap wash you have to put the extra dollar in to rinse your car off I have a small little Nissan Coupe so be prepared to spend $4 to 5

We were charged $12 on using for just 3 minutes. There is no Customer service or any number couldn't find and not even a website. Don't know where to report. We did used the debit method. But they do have a pretty good machinery in their.

Add an extra 20 seconds to the wash while u wait for product to come out of the nozzle. Other than that it's a great wash .

Did a good job, brought my suv in after months of going up and down logging and mining roads in the TEMAGAMI area. For about 10$ I was able to get all the dirt off. Only complaint is that when I went today the high pressure soap didn’t seem to be working, so I had to switch to another option. Much better than trying to wash it in my driveway though, I will definitely be back!

(Please Read The Full Review) Of all the things that would make me leave a five star review a machine that ate my $3 lol. I have been a happy customer of this car wash for year. I have brought my vehicle as well as friends vehicles here knowing the quality of the facility would always be in well maintained manor, rarely will you come to find some part of this car wash not working the way it was intended and if that was the case it doesn't stay that way for long as they're ready to fix it once they know of the issue. So why does a machine eating my coins end in a five star review? Simple! customer service. There is a number post on the wall with a sign saying text for any issues or inquiries one might have, so when the machine decided I didn't deserve my can of armor all tire shine I did just that I texted the number. Im writing this review on a long weekend I honestly didn't expect to get a message back for days let alone at all I figured maybe the number was a last ditch "good luck getting help ploy" to give the illusion someone cared about my messily three bucks. I'm happy to say I was severely mistaken not only was I contacted about my lost money I was offered to have it personally driven out to my address, in order to reimburse me for my earlier issue. When I refused the offer stating that the drive would not be worth the money as i live outside the city limits in the country they insisted on still bringing it over to me as it was unfortunate that the machine didn't quite do it's function. I refused yet again and simple said to keep the change as coffee money for the next day knowing that they now know there might be a problem and that was enough of a solution for me. This was greatfully accepted and ended with a seriously surprised customer and what I hope is a happy Employee/Employer on the other end that I can only imagine receives all manor of frustrating messages from simple errors like this. Thank you so much to whoever took care of my issue and went so far to offer the kind assistance as you did today these little things are honestly what ends in the downfall of so many small businesses and even large enterprises at the end of the day it's customers that keep a business going and I very much felt like a valued customer. I will be going back for more years to come. ????

For starters this place is a rip off watch the remaining time go down it went from 43 second I was watching our to 5 seconds that fast!!! Come on now we aren't paying for your equipment here the water it's not that high pressure as it claims plus just a heads up watch your times you'll see what I'm saying won't be coming back hardly any soap in the so called foam was more water than anything... You have to do something I run a carwash in another province and I at least give my customers their monies with that's why I have line ups all day until 11pm when I close people talk thanks anyway...

Pulled in to spray off ice on my vehicle. I used the credit card to pay rather than coins and I authorized 3.00. I used the pressure washer a couple minutes of then pressed stop on the machine. After reviewing my credit card charges, I learned I was charged 12.00 then another 3.00. Do Not Use the credit card/interact. Rip me off once, I’ll tell the world. Won’t be back!!

I recently used my credit card charging me three dollars for three minutes and unfortunately it kept timing out at a minute and a half. I left a note in the commentary box and the building manager reached out to me within a week offering me a full refund and apologizing. Unfortunately there was an issue with the e-transfer and they even reached out again to make sure I got my money!!!! AMAZING customer service! 10/10
