The place is awesome the owner is great, due to rumors and lies, I was treated with not of inch respect from Diane, she dont like me that's fine. But I'm still a paying customer and to her its rumors. I bought a drink she wouldn't even deal with me. Not 1 hello. I get you listen to rumors, but I did not treat you wrong AT ALL. and for you to make so uncomfortable that I made a review is not right. We are adults. I'm still a human with feelings.

My weekly laundry runs are always amazing. Has a mini-fridge, awesome people and it's clean. Only complaint, only four proper places to sit.

Always clean. Friendly, helpful staff on hand. Outside of peak hours, always plenty of machines available. Very quick (can wash and dry a medium size load in just under an hour). Could use a bit more seating. No oversize washers. $2.50 wash and $0.25 per 4 minutes dry seems a bit expensive to me, but it's been a long time since I've had to use a laundromat. Overall, impressed.

I use their laundry service myself and its really great. If I need them to do the laundry for me, I bring my laundry and soaps/softener in and I can have my laundry back in 4 HR if they are not to busy and all with one load for $10

The weekend staff are purely sweet and helpful. The place is always spotless, right to the actual washers being cleaned & dusted. It's clean and bright; unlike other laundrymats which are often quite the opposite. The machines are fast, work very well. You can be in and out in less than an hour easy. There is no public restroom or debit, however, keep that in mind before leaving the house, but there is a handy ATM machine available. They provide wash & dry services as well as stock for your laundry needs should any one forget to bring anything with them. Available are rolling metal baskets to make your laundry task easier on your back. They are centrally located in North Bay. Have snacks & drinks available for sale while you wait. Even on weekends where you'd expect a lot of traffic, there are always machines available with 17 washers and 10 hefty dryers at your disposal. This place makes doing laundry outside the home not so bad. :)

I was in there yesterday for the second time ever in my life and I got the same rude and no people skilled person. She's an older lady with shorter blonde hair and glasses. I tried asking her a simple question about roughly what time the dryers would be available but she shrugs her shoulders and says I don't no. Then asked for change and I said "Thank You" and no you're welcome or nothing and that's a couple times I've said thank you she never responded. She has ZERO people skills. I won't be returning to this establishment thanks to her. When I walked in there twice, I never got a warm/friendly feeling from her what's so ever.

Hands down the best laundry in the area for 100 k's, as I have tried them all over the past 5 years during winter. Excellent, friendly, honest service. Very clean with lots of machines so your not waiting around. Always someone in attendance. I would totally recommend this business.

We love this the wash and fold service, particularly how apologetic they are for saying at drop-off that it will be at least three hours. Very reasonable price. If we lived closer, we could repurpose our laundry room!
