I did my laundry in there, that was all fine and good. The only problem, was there is no heat. It was pretty cold in there while I waited for my clothes to be done. Reason for 3 stars.

Been visiting this laundromat for 6+ months or so now and the owners are diligent in keeping the floors and machines clean! The change machine is (almost) always working and it's never overcrowded. Lots of machines so you don't have to wait on others for dryers (especially the people who leave and don't come back for hours). Lots of fans blowing to try and keep it cool in there. There's a bit of renovation going on in the back, but still it is very clean. You don't have to worry about dropping a clean sock on the floor and it picking up tons of dirt. There are also washers with special features for extra rinses and power cleans! It's in a part of town that doesn't have beggars coming in asking for change and its right by a 7-11 if you want a snack. The only thing that would make the place even better id say is a more even entrance when walking in, laundry cart tends to get caught on the uneven ground and the lip of the entrance. The owners seem like really nice people. You can contact them online if you need anything or if something happens.

Pretty good. Only compliant is the Geneva convention breaking lights. They have fans under their lights, which causes a flicker effect that makes me nauseous.

Beautiful recently renevated laundry mat in downtown st catharines and under new management! Very clean, fair pricing, and i believe new machines arriving soon, definitely doing all my laundry here!

Pretty good. They could use a sink maybe! And a place to plug in your phone! Other than that, not bad. Clean and quiet. The washers are clean and no musty smell!????And the dryers..lint traps clean!!

I was there today and had the worst experience ... I am there every week to do my family of 5s laundry, I used 4 washers today and one of the washers did not spin right which left my clothes soaked then was told I should have rinsed them properly for the dry to work. Except I did not bring enough cash to do 4 loads not 5 ho how was I supposed to rinse my clothes? Now I have a house full of wet dripping clothes because their machines did not work right

Nice atmosphere, kind responsive owners, pretty clean place. I wanted to mention There is a buildup of grime on the plasticky, black rim part of most machines. Especially the ones in the middle section. You can see it when you open the door and look down onto the rim and you can pick it off with your fingers, it will flake away. A wet clean cloth and a scrubby would take it off easily. It just keeps building up over the last couple weeks as I've been coming for many months now, and I know these owners come in and clean their place weekly (or more) this area seems to be overlooked though so I just thought I'd let you guys know before other people see it and judge your laundromat more harshly. I didn't want to take a picture to leave on your reviews because I don't think it's an accurate representation of the laundromat overall and do not want potential customers of your laundromat to see it and be turned away because I think this is a good place and the owners care, but it definitely should be dealt with regularly. An extra wipe inside the rim corners part of the open machine will go a long way. Thanks for all you do!
