Absolutely horrible experience! Owner asked a woman to start packing up 2 hours before the posted closing time (midnight). I overheard the customer say they had to keep a bag in the door so it wouldn’t lock her and her items out. When the employee saw this she quickly removed the bag and locked her and her belongings out. Keep in mind, it was still 2 hours until the posted closing time. The employee explained that they were closing so the customer was not able to complete her laundry even though there was plenty of time for the loads to finish before closing (midnight). The floor has not been cleaned in ages and many of the machines were out of order. This poor customer spent $80.00 and was treated like garbage. Would not recommend to anyone. Don’t waste your time or money. Deplorable conditions.

Upon arrival i had my young daughter with me, mynmom and aunt showed up to her fold after. Within minutes, Kim, the owner was bsolutely Rudyard confrntationl and made my entire family left for me to do it alone, with severe nerve d amage in my spine its hard. She rudely looked at my child and mentioned about a mask, even though she is 8, & wouldn't have been therelong. After seeing i wasn't getting up and ding as she DEMANDED, she stormed off in her car . Will never return. I suggest no one else do. Not to menton every one of the machines was out of order besides 4 of them. Disgusting. Mold in the big loaders. Im done.

Front load washers. Stinky gaskets. Lots of machines out of order, bit I've still been able to do a load whenever I've gone.

We used the big washer number 2 ... which takes 4 loads of basket. It took about $8 for hot water with pre wash and didn’t even washed and wet a single cloth . We came after half an hour to check the cloths they were still dry and the machine was not working ... this is serious our money is not a waste . I need my money back ... seriously man ... if your laundry does not work just shut this store off. No need to eat people money . It is really hard money .

Came into this laundromat today because the one my apartment is getting serviced! I should have known better when you walk in and 3/4 of the machines say out of service. So there were 2 machines not in use. I loaded the one up with my towels inserted my money and then it came up with a code on the display screen. One of the other clients came over and said that you have to play with the door to get the machine to work. I took my other load over to the monster size machine ( that’s all that was left). Put in my $7.75 and started my wash. Went and sat in the car until the laundry cycle was done. Started taking my clothes out and I had to wring the water out of them!!!!! I had to put it into the machine that I had just emptied and treasure them. The insult to all of this is someone mentioned for me to go see Kim at the wooden nickel ( pub next door). She could be found there. Well she came and looked. Hume’s and hawed. Then said that maybe the person before me messes it up! Seriously? She didn’t even put a sign up to say out of order. She said maybe the person before me had nuts and screws in their pocket???? Or maybe the filter is blocked up???? What the heck! User beware….. this place isn’t like it used to be!

Came to help my niece with her laundry and 3/4 of the machines DO NOT WORK!!!! Don't waste your time coming here. Nasty owner came in and VERY VERY RUDE to my 5 yr old great niece because she didn't have a mask on at the time (no one else in this hole except for us because machines all down). First and LAST time I will ever be here!!!!

The have at least 9 of their washers and dryers that have been out of service for repairs for more than a year. Likely pushing 2yrs for some of them. Used to be the best, cleanest and most reasonably priced laundry mat around. Not any more!!

Had to run to do some drying late (11pm) on the Sunday night prior to Victoria Day as my dryer stopped heating up. Got there at 11:20 pm and yes they were open. Place seemed clean although I did notice quote a few washers were marked out of service. The wifi worked well. I wouldn't sit on the stools along the folding tables as they all seemed un-sturdy. Other than those two things I had no issues at all. The lady came in who was there to close and well quite pleasant with us. As for their pricing, I can't honeatly say how it compares to other laundromats as again, I have my own washer and dryer at home. The dryers do take 75 cents to start and I think I put in another 50 cents per machine to get i think I received 12 mins. The dryers were quite large and did the job well. They also offer dry cleaning services apparently and surprisingly they had a note stating they would be open their regular hours on the actual Victoria Day holiday Monday.

washing machine 18 does not accept quarters. no phone number to call on site to get money back from broken machines. called number advertised by Google - no answer after hours and no voice mail. display on pop machine not working and only has water in stock. However working machines do a really good job. approx 75% of all machines are out of order but working ones work really good. better than other places I have been.

Nice space and pretty good machines but would it kill them to come in and clean the floors a few times a day? Absolutely gross with excessive amounts of hair everywhere.

Disgusting...filthy.....bed bug city. I took my baskets in and walked back out in less than 3 minutes. Cigarettes and tobacco in the machines, over 50% of machines are out of service!? I wish I could get the money back that I wasted in gas driving here... Just gross... >:/
