This is a great place to do laundry, especially as a tourist! We received a warm welcome to Canada from the owner. They have free WiFi here and benches to sit while you wait for your laundry! Very clean place as well.

$3.75 for medium sized washer - low soil level. $4 for medium soil. Takes about 25-35 minutes. Dryers are 25¢ / 4 minutes. There is a change machine although no ATM. There is an ATM a few stores over in the Busy Bee convenience store. This laundromat is a bit expensive for me but the machines are good quality and wash and dry your clothes effectively. The space is very clean although some patrons do not wear masks despite signage directing them to do so. Overall good quality laundromat.

Good location, clean and well-maintained machines! Free Wi-Fi was a bonus, and fans on a hot day. Been to many laundramats over the last few months - this was the only one where all the washers and dryers worked!!

Always very clean, machines are in good repair and prices are great. Free WiFi on site and the owner is often on site and easy to reach by phone when off site. Bonus: reserved parking spots directly outside of the doors for customers

This laundromat is first class! It's very clean, well-kept and the machines are all outstanding, in all honesty-- other laundromats can not even compare. The environment is fresh and welcoming. When choosing a laundromat --- this really should be your ONLY choice. To those saying it is more expensive...well if it is 'slightly' higher---you get what you pay for. But all in all --pennies more when you consider what you get.

YOUR HEALTH IS AT RISK IF YOU GO HERE. This business does NOTHING to enforce COVID restrictions. Multiple people in the laundromat with no mask this morning. Not the first time I have seen this. It is a COVID spreaders dream. They should be forced to close and/or fined. I had gone there regularly for 5 years. They do not keep staff on site. As such there is 0 way for them to enforce guidelines for safety. After this review I went by again were there was 2 people sitting outside and 4 people on one side (washers)and 2 people on the other (dryers) despite claims of Maximum numbers inside. A sign means nothing without enforcement. I today went some place else as I need my laundry done and I want to be able to feel safe.

I’m here now, first time, and very impressed. Clean premises, machines in great condition, $3.50 standard wash and 4 minutes per $0.25 dryer. Friendly owner. Would recommend.

My first experience with laundromat. Everything was good. That don’t have onsite manager but you will find everything you need. Free wifi, coins change station, you can buy soap there too. 3,50 regular washer and you can use a bigger one for additional money. 25 cents it’s a cost for 4 minutes for dryer. Then you use a coins exchange it can give you some tokens but they are for dryers only. Vending machine available too

I love the hours and go regularly enough to have favourite machines. I occasionally walk right past another laundromat when it's open to go to this place. I mean, I hate going to laundromat at all but this is the one I go to when I do.

It's too bad people who think they know it all have giving this guy bad reviews. It's super clean, with a very friendly owner. I don't think going at him because people choose to not wear masks in his establishment is fair. He has plenty of signs up asking everyone to wear a mask. He also has cameras and on occasion he has told people over the intercom to put on their masks. He doesn't live at the laundry mat. Everyone needs a break right now especially someone who is trying to make their business safe. To finish off laundry mats are NOT on the list of super-spreaders.

In my opinion; Niagara Coin Laundry is best in its class. I met the owner whose attention to every detail is outstanding and it shows in his pride of ownership…clearly, he is dedicated to his business and strives for 100% customer satisfaction. Extremely clean, Top tier machines, awesome amenities and fair pricing. I use laundromats when necessary for larger items...glad I chose this laundromat My experience was exceptional. Niagara Coin Laundry is my new, centrally located, “Go to” place. Highly recommend!

Niagara Coin Laundromat Located on Franklin at Lundys Lane in Niagara Falls is very well lit up at night and it is a very clean establishment. The hours are great for people who work because they are open early in the morning and they are open till a decent time at night and if that's not convenient enough for you well you can call the owner and arrange a time that is convenient for yourself no matter what hour of day or night that you want to do your laundry they will do their best to accommodate the time you want to be at the establishment. Now that is what I call great service .. Clean, bright and safe , now that makes me happy.

Tried to do laundry here at 830 on a Wednesday night. Only 2 people in the building when we got there. Every washer was full. Two of them had stopped but weren't being attended to, so I assume that person wasn't back yet. Had to go somewhere else, which turned out to be way cheaper. Not coming here anymore.

The operator of this business is very polite, and quickly attended to my issue. one of the washers I just happened to not close the door properly and my clothes didn't get washed nor would the door open. They came rewashed my clothes and placed them in the dryer for me free of charge. I've been going here for years and this has been my one and only issue. I am very pleased on how it was handled. 10/10 will continue to use this service.

1st time ever in the place. Clean bright and new machines. I messed up and poured WAY Too much soap in the machine. When it was finished there was still tons of soap foam everywhere. I pulled my duvet out put it in a bigger machine and washed it again. The owner came out saw what happened and helped me out huge. I felt so bad for making such a mess. He assured me not to worry as he always takes care of his customers. I believe him. He did with me!!! Thank You John!!

My washer at home broke down and I needed to do laundry ASAP. After a little research, I chose Niagara Coin Laundry. Considering it was only laundry, it was a great experience. Four loads done in one hour. Everything was clean, wifi was great, and the woman working there happily answered all of my questions. Done and done. Because of Covid, my new machines will no be delivered until November, so I will be back.

If you need to do multiple loads in a short amount of time this is a great place to go. Unaware of typical prices for laundromats cant say if its expensive or not, Id say it costs a little more than $6 per medium load wash and dry.

The change machine spits out tokens along with the quarters needed for the machine. The fourth dryer on the left side ate $2 worth of quarters without turning on.And then the fifth dryer turned on for some unknown reason. I use this laundromat when running late. But,I prefer Sips and Suds on Vine Street. Sips and Suds is only open to 8 a.m.to 8p.m.And it is staffed if there is a problem.

This is a great laundromat in terms of cleanliness and quality of equipment. The biggest drawback would be price although it's not too unreasonable, it is definitely not going to be the absolute best quality to price ratio. However the consistent hours and staff less presence (besides the occasional cleaner) can make it a better choice for those who enjoy a later laundry chore
