I live nearby and only use thus place when I am desperate. But even then I am severely disappointed with the upkeep of this place. There are always lots of machines out of order and signs everywhere cause no one actually manages the place. Today as I stand here both vending machines are almost completely empty, the washroom is out of service and at least 8 washing machines are out of order. This will be my very last time using this facility and I think that anyone else who goes here would be just as dissapointed on the upkeep of the building, especially given the prices. You can go to better maintained places for cheaper.

I have been coming to bring my wash and fold as well as dry cleaning since this laundromat opened. The machines they have are huge, ecofriendly and worth the value as your clothes come out very clean and fresh. Staff has always been so kind to me and it the reason I keep coming back. It is the most well kept and spotless laundry in the Niagara Region!

Our dryer broke down, so while waiting for a part to fix it we needed to use a laundromat. Unfortunately this laundromat only lets you dry your laundry if you wash it there first. So they lost a customer.

Don't waste ur money on their vacuum... Paid 3.00 for turbo vacuum ( had no choice as the regular setting cist 2.75 however their machine doesn't accept quarters .. ) they might want to also change it cause it clearly says it costs 2.00 until u put money in and demands more ..... anyways paid 3.00 for turbo and it shut off in about 1.5 minutes...... I couldn't even finish cleaning and there wasn't even much to clean to begin with. I have NEVER been to a cat wash where the vacuum shut off this fast. Total rip off. Won't return. Also their car wash itself seems overpriced compared to other places.

I was there tonight with my girlfriend & the MANAGER was on the biggest power trip ive ever seen from someone in my life not to mention a laundry mat manager he threatened me & said he will slam my head into the dryer ive gone here for a little shy of a year & will not be going back & i will be 100% contacting the police because of this threat.. Please if the owner does infact read this please contact me because i would also like to submit a formal complaint directly to you on how you should have staff who not only go above & beyond for there job but also treat REGULAR customers with respect i have never seen someone humiliate themselves more in my life then i have tonight please to anyone who would think about going here do not do it half of the washers are broken the ceiling leaks & you can bet you will be harassed by this man if i could rate less then one star i would be doing that DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME

Wasted $14 and only got to rinse once for 4 minutes. Ate the rest of the money and the machine wouldn't give it back. DO NOT GO HERE. The most unprofessional nasty place I've ever been to. No one answers the phone and there's no attendents. Someone else beside us also lost money in the machine. The owner is making money by stealing change. Absolutely disgusting humans.

I only rated this location 2 because the washroom was out of service, the person onsite said the closest washroom was a 10min walk and when I told my kid to pee outside the onsite worker of this laundromat called the police on me. I let him know I didn’t drive and this location doesn’t have much shops around. Also my daughter had been waiting an hour prior to the incident. He also tried to follow my daughter. If she was a boy it wouldn’t have been a problem. Other than that it is a clean location and the clothes washed clean. Better CustomerCare needed I would have rated a 4 had it not been for the guy working at this location.

The owner harrased me right In front of 10 people... He came up to me and said you broke my dryer I never even put a lot of clothing in and he charges like 10 dollars to wash your clothing. Been going here to wash my vehicles for 22 years now no problems. First time I have ever had a problem with the car wash time cut out twice on me it was the computer not the owners doing. I call the owner the next moring we talked and they gave me 4 bucks back out of 8 awesome and thanks it's always clean here as well. To wash my vehicle here it cost 3 to 5 bucks and it's open all night I don't live far so to wash to dirt or salt off and park at home to dry its great for me.

Was a great laundrymat to go to but not anymore. On my most recent visit the owner was a totally disrespectful jerk. First of all yelled at my boyfriend and i for moving the garbage bin in the car wash. Then told us what machines each specific clothes had to go in. When putting stuff in the dryer he yelled at us twice to not slam the doors saying we cant read. when we werent. When we said we didn’t slam then he just went off and eventually escalated to saying he’s going to slam my boyfriends head in the dryer. After a screaming match with him telling me hes not talking to me i find out hes the manager not even the owner. Nice. I would hire more of a people person. Thanks for the threat though dude

Today i went to wash my car in bay 3. There was NO indication that anything was out of order. I pulled in, put 10 dollars into the machine and began to rinse my car. When I went to go use the foaming brush, there was a small piece of duct tape with "out of order" written in sharpie. I wasn't able to wash my car and wasted 10 dollars. If something in the bay is broken, there should not be any access to the bay. I am hoping the owner will see this and reimburse me or offer me a free wash. If you are going to use this place, I suggest making sure there is no sign of a small, grey piece of tape with out of order written on it. I feel like i was scammed into putting my money in and then realized I wasn't able to use it. I suggest going to the coin wash on Merritt road instead.

5 stars for the laundromat, it looks quite nice and well cared for. - 4 stars for how much of an absolute HOLE the car wash is. How do you screw up a coin wash? Make sure the products are topped up, make sure nothing is boroken, and if it is, make sure it doesn't take people's money anyway. You have like 2 jobs? Searously? Sorry man. 10/10 hard no bud.

The owner was very rude, and disrespectful. Never going back there again and after I was going to write a bad review on his page he threatened to call the cops. Freedom of speech! Were not in America you want to go to the states where you can call the cops fo right ahead. I didnt threaten, or do damage to his property. Went to use the car wash. I went to stall 5, put $5 in change in and it didn't even turn on. So I went into the laundry mat to find someone working to give me back my money but no one was there working. So I'm out five bucks and still have a dirty car.. what a waste! Don't recommend AT ALL!!

Use the car wash here - it's a good car wash with more than basic equipment. As it's a bit out of the way, is not usually overly crowded, in my experience. Have no complaints whatsoever and will continue to use, as have done for a few years, now.

I just came from there and it literally took my $4 and didn’t work! The shampoo cleaner was not working. And the other stands had duck tap over the screens so I didn't bother using them. The guy working there seemed pretty nice but couldn’t help :(

I live in the area and have used these facilities often. I agree with other reviews about not maintained and 2 out 6 car wash bags are broken and closed. I was out walking my dog and had his waste in a bag so took it over to the car wash garbage. The manager must have been watching out the window as he came running out after me with his foot in a cast I nay add and proceeds to tell me I cant put dog waste in the garbage. I told him I rather it in the garbage then left behind or dumped in our environment. Dont recommend this place or the people that own and run it!! Will NEVER be returning here

I used to always use the laundromat on Queenston street. It was the worst. Sketchy as all hell. Sounds like everyone here was having awful encounters with the employee at this location. I can 100 percent agree. But I just wanted to let you all know that he is no longer working there, so you can go back to doing your laundry and not feeling violated. :)

Car wash took 8 dollars to wash my tiny fiat. Tried the soap first no soap in it only water..... brush bristles were falling off on my car...and didn't even get around the car to finish the rinse. Wasn't about to deposit another 4 dollars as it didn't even give a warning before time ran out. The shampoo and spot remover feature on the vacuum didn't have soap in it so how is it sup6to shampoo the carpets...total waste of my time and money. Never again

Complete rip off. The coin wash shows time remaining then all of a sudden it stops. I went to speak with the big guy I always see there about the issue to be told he doesn’t believe me and there are cameras. Ok...then go check the camera and you’ll see the issue..nope can’t. Um...ok then where is the manager- not here- can I have his number - nope. How do you feel good about stealing people’s money and insult them too when you’re machines are the issue. I live in the area and I will never go back.

If you suffer from breathing problems don't ever come to this place and think u can get away without wearing a mask...even though the guy that works there never does. If u tell him u have breathing problems which makes it hard to wear a mask all the time he will just tell u to go somewhere else and verbally abuse u. Maybe the owner could do something about that!!

Sorry but I agree with Maddie Martin. Jeff HiRose clearly is unable to see that the equipment is of the poorest quality, and the service is an extreme disappointment. Overall upset I spent money there, refund possible? Hopefully they can remain open with very few customers.

Very disappointed. The car wash. Why do people bother to have a business & then don't look after it? They just rip you off & you get crap service. Is anyone listening? 1. There was no one there to speak to. 2. The soap didn't come out of the brush. 3. There was no audible alarm when your time is near, it just runs out, then I had to put in another $3 to start all over again, just to rinse. In the end, w/o the soap in the brush, my car looks like crap. I should not have bothered.

The washer didn't go through a full cycle. After the employee got it open for me, my shirts were soakig wet and when I requested financial compensations for the extra cost of drying them he ended up yelling at me and accusing me of wanting to fight. AWFUL quality wash! Brought my 2015 Sentra there and nothing but wash stains and smears appeared after the wash was complete. Poor quality soap and wax for the price. Also wash equipment DESPERATLEY needs updating to the 1900s. Power washer gun looked like it was made in a garage, putting a hose onto a third grade science project does not suffice for a power washing gun. Overall extremely upset with service and quality. Do not go!!!!!

Not sure whats worse, the fact nothing in this place works, or that the bald guy who looks like a "white" Lavell Crawford who "works" there is guarding the coin/bill machine like he's TSA. I would recommend checking out some customer service courses online to better yourself. Maybe "white" Lavell Crawford is the owner, if so I wish you no success ever. I publicly fire you from never talking to a customer ever again.

I've been going to this laundromat on and off for years I've even been called a "regular customer" by them. Until this year I hadn't had one bad thing to say about the place. At this point 100% WOULD NOT recommend this laundromat mat. The manager makes you feel extremely uncomfortable when your there, I mainly go when I'm with my boyfriend because of how uncomfortable he makes me feel. And their sign says open till 9pm which is incorrect the manager leaves early. I know this because I had an emergency after putting my laundry in and had to leave but still made it back before the 9 pm closing and low and behold the place was closed! I came back first thing in the morning and the manager proceeded to hold my clothing hostage until I paid him $5!!! Worst experience ever, so they get to close early without warning and charge me money because of it! I had even tried to call to tell them I was on my way and that I was sorry I had and emergency but was on my way and would be there just before closing, but nobody bothered to answer the phones. Worst customer service I've received!

I have never been to a do it yourself carwash before but after all the experiences at those drive thru ones I thought why not? I thought I would share my experience for others who were unhappy with drive thru ones. Basic run down: its not expensive, its large, equipment works well, good value for your money. There is a huge sign on the wall that tells you which way to turn the dial so I put it on foam brush and my car was all foamy and pink it was oddly satisfying to brush off all that road gunk from my car, I then rinsed off my car and was good to go. To the guy who didn't see the display count down, if you can't see that you shouldn't be behind the wheel of a car. Will be back.

I originally did not like this place at all. There was one guy who worked here who would not leave myself and my finace alone whenever we were in and constantly made small talk. This made it very uncomfortable to do laundry. Along with this, him and another employee seemed to make up their own hours as sometimes I would show up to do a load of laundry with 3 or 4 hrs before close and they would tell me they were closing in 1 hr. After not going here for a while I decided to go back and found that it to be much better since I haven't seen either of the two employees. Much better.

Cost me $8.00 ($4 2x) to scrub, soap, rinse & wax my car & another $4.00 ($2 2x) to vacuum entire interior including trunk. Then another $4.00 ($2 2x) to completely shampoo interior. So all total $20 & my car looks fantastic inside & out. (Sidenote: I had cleaned windows & mirrors as well as wiping down entire interior at home prior to attending car wash)

Bad experience no soap then towel machine ate my money when I called they asked if I knew how to wash the car and told me someone would call me back I stopped there two days later a worker was there so I left my number again as they could not help me, and then I stopped there two days later and the owner was there but said he checked it and it worked fine so that is that, and gave no reason why I had not received a call.

Used to be the best. I wash all my vehicles here. Never again now. Go to Gales on Welland Ave, its much better. 2 times the brushes didn't work, the soap was terrible and the sprayer was low pressure. Even in 2 different bays on two different occasions. Don't waste your money. Too bad, it was the best going for a long time but now its gone to hell. I will NOT be back.

Whilst visiting a friend in Niagara Fall I happened upon this place, well he told me about it. The laundromat is huge! Washers, Dryers, Pop Machine everything is huge! Never been to a laundromat that clean before, the machines were pretty simple to use, instructions were helpful. Clothes came out really clean, one of my shirts had a food stain came out no problem. Really convenient that there was a carwash next door washed my Chevy and vacuumed it while I waited for my clothes. Got to say, I really like the foamy carwash soap, it’s really foamy and smells like cherry candy.

I would give this negative stars if I could. I will never go here again. The guy that works here was verbally abusive (well claims he owns the place). I ended up walking out without doing laundry and went elsewhere. Save yourself the trouble and go to a different laundromat.

The place is clean, no staff to help you out, when you call the customer service is not polite, there is no sink, no washroom, the customer service ask to looking for Tim Hortons for washroom or do your laundry somewhere else. So many machine out of service
