Well this laundromat was a great to use its services. Three times I have gone there and the cash exchange was broken. Not in use. Frustrating. Then twice I loaded machines and they weren't working, had to drag soaking wet clothes to another machine. Grrr. Not impressed. I am disappointed. Please whomever owns this business, keep it updated and in working order.

Place was pretty dirty! My clothes would have caught on fire if I didn't notice smoke in the air and an awful smell! I had to throw out a whole load of all my whites! When I asked the "care taker" for the owners phone number, he claimed that he only speaks to them when they call him, therefore he didn't know their number! I found that to be slightly unprofessional and just plain... bad business!

I do my laundry here since the basement is on the side of my house. They keep this place clean and always swept and has a welcoming feel. There's not many laundromats I won't even walk through. Good job Geneva laundromats .

The dated exterior is misleading as the machines hidden within are quite new. Much cheaper than I would have expected, with the dryers running me a measly 75 cents per load to dry completely. The owners were even kind enough to let me stay after houts until my clothes were dry. All around top notch experience. :)

The dryers are the hottest in the city and are very reasonable prices. Its bright and they got new front loaders.

Cheap washes and machines worked okay but the dryer made black stains on my couch cushion covers. Edit Sept 26, 2020 - floors are really dirty and three machines out of order. Edit Oct 24, 2020 - coin machine ate my money and there is no one working here or a number to call. Washing machine didn’t rinse and spin properly so my clothes were soaking wet. The place is still dirty from my last edit. Won’t be doing laundry here again.

This is a lovely laundromat. Especially compared to the others around the area. The owners have done a beautiful job in renovating. And new machines and new soap machine! very happy with the front loaders

This laundromat is really nice ,quiet, and peaceful. I love coming here because they have a change machine and a mini laundry supplies dispensary machine. The machines work wonderful, although you might have to use perm press for your stuff to dry a little bit better. However I don't know if any of the washer machines are big enough to wash comforters.

The place is great. I have never lost any money at this laundromat. The laundrmat machines are all upgraded and if money gets stuck it will flash yellow. The owners are around if you have any issues. Ive been coming here for years and its one of the only laundromats left that has reasonable pricing and its clean.

Never again..... went with my mom and this man (may have been homeless) was there.... exposed himself and urinated all over himself and the floor. I'm so happy I was not alone because I would have been nervous and scared.

Geneva Laundromat

This laundromat is the best laundromat in st catharines, its newly renovated. It is always clean, the machines are always working, and the owners are accessible. It is a real family neighborhood laundromat. Ive heard that the new owners was a former police officer and it has become a safe laundromat. There are hot dryers in the back and new front loaders very reasonably priced- best rate in all of st catharines. The best is that it is air conditioned in the summer and actually warm in the winter where the others are so cold.
