Fantastic Service - Owner went above and beyond to assist me and wouldn't accept a tip for putting my laundry in to the dryer and then taking the time to fold it all before I arrived back! A breath of fresh air to be around someone so helpful, and pleasant. Thank you!

Been coming here for almost 2 years. Decent prices, good sized machines... And that's about it. Not kept very clean, if I drop something on the floor I almost want to wash it again. I recently realized that something is always broken. Today it was both change machines, sorry I don't carry $10-$15 in loonies and quarters. I'll find somewhere else from now on.

The place is always clean but I got here at 7 am and the mat is still locked all the signs stay open lights are on, but I can't get in and I was hoping g to have my wash at less started and done by 730 and in the dryer so I can go back home get kids ready for school drop them off then pick up my laundry around 830 and be back home by 9 am

Half of the top loading washers are out of service and the rest don't take loonies...you have to put them in a few times over n over again for them to register. Not impressed at all

I have been coming to this laundry-matt for years. I have always had amazing service and excellent conversation with all the employees. Last time I left my shoe laces in the dryer and Zoltan brought them out to the street when he saw me walking my dog. Overall good experience.

Not liking that there's posting for mask on outside door and old woman I asked to move away cause she didn't wear mask ! Politely I asked and never moved. Must adhere due to pandemic!

Not happy with staff working there half the time washing machine not working properly and after the dryer my clothes come out dry but smells horrible (Update, just to show you again the types of people who work there, I called the number as per the owner's request and no one answered left a voicemail and no one called me back)

I have done my laundry here plenty of times and have ALWAYS had a great experience, the gentleman that is there during the day is so friendly and always super helpful, he actually suggested I use certain washers for my loads in order to save a little money. I just used his wash and fold service for the first time and he did an AMAZING job everything was folded beautifully and he even grouped certain clothing together (Pjs together, T-shirt’s together ect.) 10/10 would reccomend to anyone looking for a great place to do your laundry

I came in for the wash and fold service, and I was treated like a nuisance. I wasn't greeted by anyone upon entering and I had to ask two customers who to speak to. The lady that works there didn't bother to speak up or say hello or anything. I continued to be sweet, pleasant and patient but I was just met with attitude and like I was somehow wasting her time (even though I was paying for a service). I asked the lady if I could write a note to specify two things, and she said no, and advised she has a good memory. My experience here was unpleasant. Upon coming to pick up my laundry, she walked right by me and left for the day, instead of unlocking the door so I could get my items. Awful customer service. I'll be going elsewhere.

This laundromat is absolutely a mess. It's hard to tell how long ago the place was cleaned. The floors are brown and covered in dirt, the walls and ceiling are discoloured and dented, and the machines look like garbage. Most of them don't work. It was not fun being in here.

The lady working in this place is rude and horrible staired at me the whole time I was in there . Then came and told me I'm not allowed to use more then one cart to retrieve my laundry after spending almost 50$ in that place . Rude unpleasant. Not even a hello . Not a good asset to your buisness . Wont be back. There are other places to do laundry

This is a very clean Laundry Mat. The owner is very nice and asks how everyone is doing, always here to help and he came over to explain to me about the top load washer. He wipes everything down and sweeps. Always clean and free WIFI. This is the first Laundry Mat I've been to in St. Catharines cause its very close to where I live and Im very satisfied.

This Laundromat attached to Pizza Company on Pelham Rd St. Catharines is very clean and also has a money changer. I haven't used a Laundromat in over 30 years and if I needed to I would highly recommend this one. I wasn't afraid to use it. It opens early and closes at 7:00 pm. It has accessible parking.

We had fallen behind on laundry in our house with 2 kids and full schedules and used his wash, sort and fold service for a mountain of clothes and bedding. Everything was incredibly clean and smelt fantastic! I WOULD HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!!!

First time using the wash and fold service for multiple dog hair covered blankets and am extremely happy with the outcome! Definitely recommend, the gentleman was really nice and would only accept a small tip. He went above and beyond for us.

I have travelled to and used several laundromats in the city and I finally settled on “Your Neighbourhood Laundry” because it is very clean, and more importantly, the rates are great. I can wash and dry 4 loads for under $15 and be done in about an hour and a half, which includes my fold time, if it’s not busy. The large front load machines can handle 4 loads, which is great. The dryers are fantastic and I have never seen an “out of order” sign and that is incredible. I highly recommend this laundromat.
