As the store manager of the Niagara Falls Moores store, our store takes pride in being able to help customers in all kinds of situations. On occasion there are last minute shoppers, or unexpected events that our own in house tailor shop is not able to accomodate . In these occasions we have always suggested Yazz Cleaners, as their next option. However after today, I will no longer be recommending their services to any customer and will be recommending another alteration service. The associate I spoke with today, in regards to if they had time for alterations for a last minute shopper of ours was extremely rude towards me on the phone, and she insulted us by implying we were not selling proper fitting garments to our customers. This is simply not the situation, every suit does require alterations to properly fit each individual customer, as every person is built differently, has unique tastes, budget and suits are all different. We strive to give our customers top notch service and accommodate their requests in price, colour etc, customers are more than understanding that suits require alterations to fit properly. For years we have recommended Yazz as they are a local business and we want to help support the community, but with the way I was spoken to today, I hate to imagine what has been said about our products and ability to properly fit our customers. Even more alarming I don't want to even think how our customers are treated when they have arrived at Yazz to have their new purchase from Moores altered to fit them.
