Avoid at all costs machine locked our clothes in and ate our money. No number to call to get a hold of owner lost a day of work sue to our uniforms being locked in the washing machine. Updating my review. Owner is very kind and understanding we got our clothes back washed and folded. Owner went out of way because of the inconvenience which was greatly appreciated. Will definitely be returning customer and will recommend

Bring Quarters! This laundromat is super clean, has lots of machines, and seems to be in good repair. Bring quarters though. the change machine will give you a mix of loonies and quarters, but not enough if you plan to use the triple load machines which only take quarters, and cost $5.00 The dryers also only seem to take quarters as well. Come prepared, and you'll be very pleased. Did about 5 loads of laundry and was in and out in about 90 minutes. Better than at home!

If you care about your clothes, do not come here. Washing machine ripped my clothes apart and cost me more money than it would take to wash my clothes here for the entire year.

Very greatfull I can go to loundary mat in thorold clean place clean machine price went up from 3.25 to 3.50 increase 0.25 as customers I understand the increase support my local bussnesss does right thing under restrictions we have wear mask social distance where I live I don't have loundary faculty in my apperment have walk get exercise as customer keep support thorold laundromat keep up good work

Often go to this spotless place, well run laundromat, which has new washing machines. Though washers may be a bit more expensive than other, less desirable places, dryers make up for any perceived discrepancy.

Best first time laundromat experience ever. Incredibly friendly cleaning lady and owner which made doing chores a not so dreadful experience. 11/10 would recommend. (Especially for younger people or teenagers like me who don’t know how to navigate around the “how to’s”.)

Used to come here all the time for 5 or more years but they got new machines and when u open the washer door theres a rubber ring between the door and the barrel of the washer, small items get stuck in it and dont wash properly and then the rubber part is always slimy and moldy so when u go to pull a sock out of where it gets stuck it's disgusting and have to throw it out almost every time. Only return now when I'm desperate

Very clean. I did lose 3.25 in the washer but it was probably from my own fault, when the tables come back after the virus it will be great again. Ed

The washers and dryers work great cleaning and drying clothes. The facility was kept very clean! The only issue I had was one washer didn't spin the best( but they still dried fine in the dryer) and the one dryer should have had an out of order sign because it ate my quarters. I went because I was having repairs done on my machines and if I have to go back I 100% will.
