She explained the place to me, my options (self serve or the wash and fold service) and taught me some neat folding tricks too! First time using their wash and fold service today. Tony the owner assured me that everything is taken care of and WOW!....when he delivered my laundry back the fragrance of it was AH-Mazing!! ???? When they say they take of everything, they really really do! Dont know why I was nervous....always thought I was the queen of laundry but now I know the king! Lol. The folding and whiteness of all my towels, bedding, shirts etc was pristine....couldn't be happier. Will definitely be using this service again and again! Thanks Tony!

i like sips and suds during the day the staff is helpful and friendly but at night its a whole different story. the girl on duty needs a serious lesson in dealing with the public especially in a business. you walk in the door and shes at the front desk with her head buried in her phone. she dosent even bother to look up to see who's coming in or say something as simple as a hello. whoever ownes this place certainly isnt getting their moneys worth with this employee.

Definately Thee Best Laundromat of all Time! My daughter and grandkids and I have been coming to Sips and Suds for a few years and are never disappointed. The owners are amazing people who go out of their way to make every visit the best they can, sometimes doing laundry with the kiddos can be a challenge and more than once the owner has come up with snacks or picked up a kid or entertained them in one way or another and we can't thank you enough. Clean, well serviced equipment. Always upgrading equipment to simply give their customers the best! They offer dry cleaning services & a Wash and Fold service, with a pick up and delivery option, which I have used and been delighted with. There are snacks and drinks available at reasonable prices, wifi, airconditioning, ATM, reverse osmosis water refilling station, comfortable seating and plenty of room for folding. If you haven't given Sips & Suds a try, do so, you won't be disappointed :)

Best laundromat in town. The people who work there are so helpful, especially if something goes wrong (which is usually from something I did lol). One of the employees (or owner?) even taught me how to properly fold a fitted sheet! My only issue is that it's quite cold in the winter, and very hot in the summer. Besides that, it's perfect.

on Google map I went to ontario street it worked twice beforeand just ok, east chester and alot machines are broken, Queenstown road and no parking, geneva street has been closed for a long time, lake street across from the army place and no parking, it said try Carleton and lake streets it has been closed a very long time and buisness has been closed for a while by now I was getting frustrated and needed to get our bedding plus and I had Google to show more that is how I got to sip & suds first rather bit hard to find parking because other businesses are there when waiting for a parking spot I looked through the window to see if this place would work and I really like there was a snack bar and I did see on any laundry machines saying out of order on any machines so very fast I got a parking spot and went in and it is super great when there is someone working there to assist people that need a little help plus they do wash and dry for customers so I give this place not gold star but a 15 gold star rating because the person working here was very helpful and super pleasant

Machines are broken, AC was not on and the cafe is not really a cafe. My Eddie Bauer sweater ripped from a loose screw in the dryer leaving a nice size hole. Dry cleaning shrunk my higher end wool jacket. My husband called the owner to rectify and he was "crusty". Ultimately he said to bring the items in with photos we took when we pulled the sweater out of the dryer finding it stuck on the screw, evidence of purchase price for replacement item we bought and he would consider reimbursing us for the tear. Didn't even approach the jacket getting shrunk as I didn't find out until weeks later when I tried it on. The lining actually sticks out of the bottom. He was not apologizing and his tone was not at all "good customer service" Avoid at all costs

Lots of machines available most of the time. Service is friendly enough. Owner is usually there who makes sure everything is in check. Very easy going environment. Never really had an issues with this place. Laundry is what laundry. Never been one excited about doing laundry but this place does do it's best to get you through it

The owners were very nice and understanding - I have never used laundromat machines before and they were more than willing to help me out with every machine. They recommended a machine, and even gave me quarters when a machine didn't run the way I expected it to! (I was closing the dryer door wrong). It is very nice and well kept, there are lots of comfy places to sit, and free wifi. When I thought I left some laundry, I messaged them and they replied even though it was after closing hours. I hope my washing machine never breaks again but if it does, I will be coming back here.

The worst laundry place I have ever been to. The wifi kept kicking me off. Machines were broken. There weren't enough dryers. The place was filthy. It was VERY expensive. The couches looked like they were from the 60's. I'm sure the place was crawling in germs. The ONLY good thing about this laundromat is that it had a cafe, which I never used considering the rest of the place was so dirty. Oh, and they also had a vending machiene that was broken too. I will never go back ! If I could give ZERO stars I would !!

I like this place, girls are usually very nice. today the lady at the counter was pretty rude to me when I asked her to break my twenty, she rudely shook her head at me and pointed to the lady sitting down who had to get up and break it for me. (she was nice) they also started bickering about the transaction which made me pretty uncomfortable. they do have a change machine but I did not need the full 20 to be broken into small change.

Paid them to do laundry during a move and there were holes burn't through my laundry and also smelled like grease or oil and black marks all over them .I had to replace all my clothes after this experience and if I could rate 0 then I would .Pretty sure my belongings were washed with heavy soiled work clothes..Never again .

Pretty much everything in here is nearly broken . My clothes got locked in a machine and couldn’t get them out until they called a owner in. The “large” wash machines are very shallow and small compared to other laundry mats. Putting money into the pop machine and get told the machine doesn’t work (should stick a out of order sign on it then). If it wasn’t for the worker on hand to fix these issues I would be a lot more frustrated then just having to wait a extra 30mins to get my clothes out of the machine. Says coffee but just a kurage machine. I’ll probably be back as the wifi is good but the machines that have problems should be marked to avoid waiting

Nice clean laundry mat just make sure you hit the coin return button cause sometimes the machines don't register you coins. Friendly staff no snacks the 5 times I went but they do have coffee. They stay on top of disinfecting the machines after each use which I thought was great.
