Went in to get a mens cut. Stood at the cash register desk for about 15min. Nobody even said hello. So not sure how the haircuts are, but customer service could use a little work.

The girls at nevielle are all amazing and so friendly. I have 3 kids and they will only go to hidie or Rebecca at nevielle. These two girls are the best with kids. And they make sure the child isn't afraid or anything while doing their hair. Then at the end of the hair cut the kids always gets to have a treat ( a lollipop) which they love and look forward too.
