We had a fairly large rush job to complete for our office in downtown Vancouver. The process to get a quote from ProRise was very quick (within 24 hours), detailed outline of scope and plan , fairly priced and gave me a high degree of confidence in their ability to deliver ...so we chose ProRise over 3 other service providers. The work was completed within the short time frame that we required, and even with one minor hiccup (one small part of the scope was missed) ProRise rectified this quickly by working late hours to meet our deadline. I would definitely use Pro Rise again for any future work. The were professional, attentive and offer a high quality of workmanship.

Very happy with our decision to go with Prorise. We had several quotes for exterior house painting and settled on Prorise as the cost quoted was reasonable (not the highest and not the lowest) and the meeting with Stuart was professional and insightful. The colour consultation was very helpful as Irene was able to guide us to the colour we wanted. The painters on site were very friendly and their work was very detailed and high quality; there was a bit of a mix up as the carpenter did not get scheduled until after the painting was done; however Pablo was quick to resolved the issue and ensure all the work was ultimately completed. Our house looks fantastic now that the work is done, and overall, we are very happy that we went with Prorise.

Great company to deal with. Joseph came out to do my estimate and was very professional, and shared lots of information regarding their work, process as well as honest feedback on paint types to go with. He was also able to understand our situation in that we were moving in a short amount of time to have the interior paint completed and was able to arrange the entire 3 floor house to be done in 2-3 days. He was true to his estimate and actually his team completed it in 2 days. They were very well organized, had a roject manager and a site supervisor so they were great at communicating with us the timelines and progress. The finished product was as expected and touched up areas after the walkthrough as well.

ProRise painting was an absolute pleasure to deal with. The President, Joe came to my house and quoted the job directly and provided fantastic guidance in terms of selecting colors, what to paint and the type of prep and paint we should consider to ensure that the work lasts as long as possible. Their quotes are excellent, detailed and very professional. Right from the get go, I had comfort that I was dealing with the right group. Pablo coordinated the on-site work and was at our home regularly to make sure things were done correctly and to our liking. Pablo's team was very respectful and ensured that our home was clean and safe for our toddler aged children when they left for the day. Following the job there was some very minor touch up work required and ProRise had their team out very quickly to finish the touch up work. They are committed to doing quality work, and coming back to the house for the minor work was not an issue. Pricing wise they were competitive with other quality painting services. Are there cheaper options out there? It doesn't matter what you do, there's always someone cheaper. But in the end, I'm less interested in a couple bucks here and there and I'm much more interested in quality work that will last and a company that isn't going to stress me out. ProRise ticks all those boxes with ease and I wouldn't hesitate to use them again or recommend them to a friend or anyone for that matter.

As the current owners of this century home, we feel a responsibility to ensure that any work we undertake is done correctly, will protect the integrity of the structure, will look good, and will last. We chose not to go with the lowest bidder, but the company that appeared to know the most about how different paint surfaces interact with each other and how to prepare a surface for the best possible, longest lasting result. ProRise did great work - painted three rooms in our new house and redid our basement ceiling. Based on their work I'd highly recommend. Only thing keeping ProRise at four stars is the lack of coordination at the start of the job. Late to our place on the first day so I had to call to follow up and it was hard to get hold of anyone - communication could have been much better. Once they got started things went very well - give them a call because you won't be disappointed with the result.

There were too many complications with this company and they are not a company I can recommend. I originally hired this company because they looked extremely professional, and I didn’t want any complications with the project, but that was not the case. When I expressed frustration that I’d found they had ordered the wrong brand of paint and the paint colour was off, they did say they would repaint with the proper paint, but the project was already taking longer than originally agreed on. When I asked about what they would do for us instead, it was a conversation that spanned four separate phone calls that ended in giving us $100 off our 3k+ project, which was a slap in the face. Since it’s been over a month since the painting and I keep discovering things that weren’t properly finished, I’ve updated this with pictures to show just a few of the areas I’ve discovered. There are many other areas where fixtures weren’t removed and were painted around instead. One particular faceplate had to be removed by cutting around it because the paint around it sealed the plate on.
