The store has a lot of variety when it comes to the options however this store location in particular has rude staff members. I have been to the airport outlets and the staff there is very friendly but I will not return to his location because of he unfriendly and rude staff especially the Managers.

I just finished shopping at this store. Superb assistance by Karina. Another customer helped as well. I usually go shopping with my husband so that someone can let me know if the clothes fit me well but he is working. Good thing Karina and another customer gave me their honest opinion. I have been exercising for the past few months and my clothes are becoming big. I wasn’t too sure if one size down was good enough but Karina said that 2sizes down might be good. And she was right. I appreciate Karina’s help and I always enjoy visiting this store as the staff are always helpful.

Tonight, there were three cashiers serving people at the tills, and I was next in line. Nobody else behind me. One cashier finishes with her customer, and I start stepping forward toward her till, and she walks away. Next cashier finishes with her customer, and same thing. Walks away. At this point I had been waiting a while. I nearly dropped my items and walked out.

I picked up my online order. I thought picking it up in store was faster since they had a dedicated area for online pick ups. Well, totally not the case! I stood there, nobody there to help you. There was 1 cashier helping 1 customer. After she finished with 1 customer, she helped the next customer. She finally came over to me (5 minutes later) and I said I'm picking up an online order. She said she didn't know what I wanted. I'm like to myself...a customer is standing there and you don't bother to ask if they need assistance? So, she didn't know how to handle an online pick up. The manager came out and I asked him if I ever pick up from this store again, is there a number I can call. He suggested curbside pick up is faster. So, lesson learned not going in the store for pick ups again!

It was 20 minutes to closing when I arrived. The staff was awesome to accommodate til 5 minutes to closing I line up to check out. I had 2 transactions: an online return and purchase from the store. The clerk was having trouble reconciling the barcode with the receipt and what's in the system. Then the manager looking over says, "ugh, we wont be able to go home early!" But the clerks still tried their best and finished the transaction. I'm glad the clerks were awesome in customer service, the manager was not. He was not helpful at all and he was making me see that he was closing and fixing up. I do understand that it is closing, but I am a paying customer with valid transactions. I hope that nobody gets treated like that by a manager, no less.

Myself and my mother went to the Old Navy at Queensborough landing at about 4pm on Saturday October 3rd 2020. We stopped to look at the shower/bath supplies on a shelf to the left of the checkout counter when facing the shelf (checkout counter is to the right). There was a small gap where we were standing to look at the items on the shelf. Three times members of the staff, including the male Manager, walked through that gap to get between the checkout counter and one side of the store (mens/boys clothing). The issue is that the gap did not allow for any kind of physical distancing and the staff, especially the Manager, should have been well aware of that and therefore taken another way to get to/from where they needed to go instead of passing by customers several times where only inches between the two parties (even if the alternative route was longer and less convenient). Physical distancing is not a part time thing. I don't know if I can necessarily place full blame on the staff as the male Manager did the same thing and was clearly not setting an example for his staff. The male Manager and staff are clearly not educated (or don't care) on how to operate the store while maintaining physical distancing from each other and customers. In addition, the male Manager has zero customer service skills and is rude/aggressive/confrontational. I felt very unsafe in the store and ended up dropping my items and leaving as a result as well I will never be back.

Truly, its the best location ever, they do have something diff but its not about their clothes. Its an outstanding customer service in my opinion. Also the way the store organized. The way the staff talk to you, the manager( i think she was a manager) she is always on the floor making sure everything is good, she check on the customers and its just feels so welcoming, also the staff in the changing room, gosh she is so nice and down to earth and so helpful, she go above and beyond in getting me the things i need ( colours and sizes) while i was in the fitting room. This is the greatest work ethics i have ever seen. I live in Surry but I always come to this location because of their great customer service. I wasn’t surprised that everyone was awesome as the one that i think she was the manager was so great and thats why the staff are following what she is doing. Thank you all, thanks to the great manager and to your nice attitude, thats all we need, a nice customer service in even through this pandemic. keep up the good work.

Decent selection and fairly clean but don’t come here expecting anything different from a regular old navy. It is NOT an outlet store, I’m not sure why they have outlet on the door. They have the exact same items as regular old navy and the website for the exact same prices

Don’t expect a lot for being an “outlet” there is one or maybe two additional outlet exclusive sales in addition to the regular sales, however the store is clean and tidy and the staff were helpful and friendly. I came in close to closing time reasonably expecting to that I should be quick or come back another day which I was okay with. The manager who was informing us that the store was closing shortly still helped me find what I was looking for, and was at the door thanking everybody as I left. The cashier was in training and was apologetic even though I could not fault anything she did. She was doing great! The only thing I could really fault is that I wish there were more of the larger sizes available on the floor. In store is supposed to carry up to size 20, though I only need 18. But for most items it is difficult to find greater than size 14 or sometimes 16 if you’re lucky, despite Old Navy advertising itself as being size inclusive. Sorry but size 14 is the average body shape, and few size 16’s scattered about is not inclusion.

Great store with tons of options. Staff is pretty useless. No good customer service. They don't know their own policy. Took them three people to figure out their policy. Cashier wasn't friendly was snippy and rude. Came in with price adjustment as that is part of policy. Id know as I used to work at a different location. The one cashier said I wasn't eligible, even thought I pointed out the item being in sale. Talked to the other smaller cashier she had to get three people to help here. When she did it she's acted like she did me a favor when I know the policy and had to explain it to her. When it rung up to be $23 she made a stink oh for $20... Uhm yes because I had previously returned an item before so all in all the total was greater than $20. Terrible customer service not at all helpful. Only a select few are great.

I can say today it was my first visit. The girl at fitting room mehak was so helpful and she helped me to find right size of pants for my son and because she wasn’t able to move from her designated place that’s was fitting room she called another person to help named mannat age she was very helpful as well . Customer service at cash register was awesome , I never saw this much pleasant atmosphere in any of the store. Everyone from staff was super helpful and very cheerful. One suggestion only they should hire few more people. That’s is not mandatory but just a little suggestion, not necessarily.

Who charges different prices for different colors of the SAME item. These guys. Who places a 40% off sign on a table, then charges you full price and says, the sale is for half the items on the table. These guys. I'd rather pay a little extra, for better quality and a better shopping experience.
