Nice guy, professional, ON TIME, and did the job right. The thing is, the guy I hired the year before who supposedly cleaned our vent did a horrible job, there was the leftovers from a birds nest in there, and the previous guy basically lied to me and did very little for the money. Freeflo guy (Robert) did a GREAT job and I'd hire him again. In fact i plan to for my gutters and spray washing too when the summer comes to an end.

Today they're seemingly a lot of options for service providers but strong customer service and attention to detail are not that common. So it was refreshing that Robert of FreeFlo Ventilation was polite, helpful and took pride in his work. Such a great experience! I initially called to get our dryer vents cleaned. Robert came out quickly, explained the process and was very thorough. While he was here I asked what other services they offer as I needed gutter cleaning and window washing. I was pleased to know they also offered these services! Robert has since been out to do these things for us. He is a pleasure to deal with and does an excellent job. I am so happy to have found someone who can do it all! Freeflo will be my go to for all my future home service needs!

When he arrived he discovered the booster fan wasn't the problem and instead was able to help clean out our dryer duct. So far we haven't had any more problems. We had a plugged dryer vent in 2016 which was a fire hazard. I had never heard of vent cleaning until our dryer started complaining of a blocked airway. We were unable to resolve the blockage regardless of what we tried to do to clear the vent. Freeflo was not only able to diagnose the issue, but also made quick work of cleaning the entire airway. We now make the call to Freeflo on a yearly basis to make sure we never encounter a blocked vent again. To think that we were close enough to a house fire because of this makes me glad that Freeflo was there to fix it for us. Quick, honest and friendly. What else can you ask for?

Robert and his partner that came out were amazingl! They came early for their appointment, climbed up two stories on a very icy roof and cleaned out our dryer vents so we could get our dryer working properly again! There was an accident with a hose slipping off the icy roof and breaking the glass on our patio table (which just happened to be below where the hose dropped). They immediately cleaned up all the glass and ordered us a brand new table right away. We were so impressed by how professionally they handled the situation and also of their workmanship to clean 3 of our dryer vents. We would highly recommend them and use them again next time!

Highly recommend Freeflo Ventilation and Robert for cleaning my dryer vents. Very professional, knowledgeable and honest! I had questions as to how my vents were set up and whether I needed blower fans. Dryer was not performing properly and shutting off before the clothes were dry. Robert recommended changing the outside vent flap; a much more economical option, cleaned the vent and dryer works great now! Thank you Robert!

First time dryer vent cleaning as we came to a situation where we had to run the dryer up to 3 times to get them properly dried - 3/4 yrs after entering a new house. Called around and FreeFlo has great pricing compared to others, Rob was readily contactable, he got back to us as promised (unlike others), very friendly, knew what he was doing, and did an excellent job as expected and our dryer runs great now. No need to call around or wait for the dryer to miraculously heal up. FreeFlo is highly recommended.

Robert has cleaned out the dryer duct in our condo twice after our strata hired service did a pathetic job. Easily moves our stacking washer and dryer out of the way, uses his high pressure hoses and vacuum to remove all of the lint. Cleans up and puts everything back!

I decided to call Freeflo Ventilation because there was a lot of noise coming from my dryer vent and I wasn't sure if/when Strata would organized dryer vent maintenance. I also found that my clothes were not completely dry after a normal cycle in the dryer. Rob was able to fix both problems at a very reasonable cost. The dryer is running far more efficiently and the noise level from the dryer vent has been significantly reduced. Highly recommended!
