This location is a factory outlet, and every time I've been here they've got a decent sale going on. They carry fashionable clothing and have very friendly and helpful staff. Absolutely love the massive number of changing/dressing rooms they've got!

This was my first time at Banana Republic. Not at all much of the selections. Besides the fitting rooms were dirty worn out and smelly in this New West location where I went. The staff were friendly and courteous though.

Clothing selection really depends on what they have available. Sometimes I'll go and like a bunch of stuff, other times I don't find anything. Sales are pretty good relative to actual BR stores. Sign up for the newsletter and you can get coupons for extra discounts.

Same banana Factory Outlet as in other strip malls without the busyness. I like coming here on my way to Surrey. Selection is good and less people than at MacArthur Glen which makes for a better shopping experience. Store is cleaner and there isn't stuff strewn all over the place and usually you won't have to wait for a change room.

Went here for their huge sale recently. Very attentive staff, who were eager to assist. Love the clothes! COVID info: they had a staff member just outside the door with a hand sanitizing station (and I think complimentary masks, not sure as I had my own). Change rooms were open and available for use to try on clothes. It looked like they went through a sanitization process after being tried on. Large store with plenty of space to socially distance yourself.

Disappointed with the quality of there clothing. 2of my dress shirts came apart at seams on back. Just regular wear. Have been a regular customer but having 2nd thoughts now. Not even an apology or recognition of the issue on showing service people the issue.
