Appliance Repair New Westminster will be my 'go to' from now on for any/every appliance repair need. The office personnel were able to book me in quite quickly for my dishwasher door repair and Alex arrived right on time - was able to fix what would otherwise apparently have been a very expensive replacement door issue. He is not only a very capable and knowledgeable repair person, but is also an obviously fine person in every respect. Thank you both to Appliance Repair New Westminster, and also to Alex for your excellent and prompt service.

Dispute a detail description of the issues the technician did a superficial look. Regarding the dishwasher comment was can't get parts get a new one (no problem here stuff happens) the fridge has a water and ice function he merely turned the ice switch on. Had he done proper due diligence he would have discovered the water was turned off. Turning the water on would have revealed the true issue. the water dispenser does not turn off!

My electric range stopped working. I was in the middle of preparing lunch, but good thing this company gave out prompt appliance service. Their technician came prepared, and he immediately worked on its repair. He effectively fixed it in time for lunch. The service was also inexpensive.

Worst service, Unprofessional, over billing. Charged me $202 for the service call to install the switch on my stove and the technician was only here for 10 minutes! Office staff incompetent, no call to give me a quote and I had to call to find out what was happening a week later. Technician didn't know how much the repair was when he came and I got a call the next day to call the company. When I called the guy at the other end just asked for my credit card details without telling how much it was. I would NEVER recommend this company for anything, very unprofessional

It started off great with the tech arriving just 2 days after calling and booking. He inspected our fridge and deemed the parts that we needed and said was going to look for them and get back to us. Well that was 2 weeks ago. No call, no update, zip. Very frustrated and annoyed as we have small kids and definitely need a working fridge. Do not recommend this company.

An absolutely horrible company. I had both a washer and dryer that needed looking at, because the washer was agitating very badly during the spin cycle and the dryer wasn't drying properly and the room was becoming humid. The tech that came in and told us that nothing was wrong with the spin cycle and that we just shouldn't put in heavy things, and said the dryer outlet is probably plugged. I asked him if he could fix that and he said no, just call a plumber. He left after only 10 min. Afterwards I pulled out the dryer and saw the vent hose had fallen off so I ended up fixing it myself, and clearly the washer tub is unbalanced which is causing the erratic movement. Their site says "100% Satisfaction Guaranteed" and I complained about it, but so far no follow up. Terrible service, and a total waste of $84!
