Can't say enough good things about this place. It may be a bit more expensive than some other options but you certainly get what you pay for. I brought two vehicles in - one with a protein/milk shake mishap that had been sitting in the carpet for a week, and another that was demolished by my two kids. Couldn't believe they were able to get both looking new again!

They did an amazing job on my vehicle. I've never given it a really good clean outside of a quick wash and vacuum. I couldn't believe the difference. My pictures dont do justice to what I left them with considering I spend so much time in my vehicle as I drive around western north america. The cost was way lower than I thought and the service was amazing. Needless to say I'm not waiting so long to get it detailed again and they have a customer for life. Thank you guys for your hard work!

The cut polish's and interior details at precision are amongst the best I have ever seen. We send over older beat up cars that come back sometimes looking brand new. I can 100 percent recommend precision detailing. They really do care and it shows.

Franz and his crew. Fully restored my trucks exterior and interior better than what it looked like 8 years ago off the lot! I come from the land of salt and gravel. The undercarriage of the truck was starting to corrode and surface rust started to have its way. Precision stripped the entire undercarriage by hand and then resurfaced the entire undercarriage with a Rhino Liner type coating. The job was done flawlessly and the undercarriage is now rust free. Previously the truck had an undercoating that was done to it in 2008. The material that was used was an oily tar like substance that did the job but was terrible to touch. Precision was able to remove all the material in its entirety, in both the wheel wells and under the hood. I can't believe the material is not only gone, but there isn't a single spot on the engine that used to be there. If anything to say about work being done to your vehicle. If you purchase brand new and the dealer attempts to sell you their paint protection / rust protection plan. Precisions a local business that not only provides the same option, but they take it to that extra step. Their price for the work was more affordable, and gave you more confidence in the products they use. Now that is the work. Their professionalism and character in handling customers has been met with the utmost priority in their business dealings. Staff are happy to talk to you, and you don't get the feeling that you're in the way when you come to look at your vehicle. The owner maintains communication throughout the work being done, and goes beyond the expectation you have. The owner himself takes pride in his own vehicles, and it shows with how clean and pressed his shop and employees are. Clean, respectful and knowledgeable in every area. I'm 10 years on the island, and I haven't had professionalism and courtesy displayed as apparent as Precision has shown me. A+++

Took my black 2010 Honda Ridgeline to Terry, it had a lot of swirl marks on it from 8 years of poor washing and waxing procedures. When Terry and his men were finished with it it looked like it had just had a fresh paint job done, it was absolutely perfect. I couldn't be more satisfied--- thanks for a professional job.

I picked up a 2007 B23 this summer. The thing was filthy. It hadn't been cleaned since it was purchased, had been used as a work truck, and there was dog hair everywhere. Anyway, my #1 wife decided to get me an auto detail for my birthday and called VIP. She was thinking of our other vehicle but I wanted to see what they could do for the truck. Wow! I couldn't have imagined it being possible to restore to that level! I finally noticed it said MAZDA in the floor mats! The seats have blue piping. These guys killed it and I am so over the moon with the job they did! Many thanks to the guys at VIP! I'll be bringing my Q5 in before long!

It reminded me of servicing Jerry Seinfeld’s Saab. “I can’t let you have your car back unless you promise to implement 2 bucket car washing…”.

I have had my vehicles detailed six times in the past couple of years and I must say the transformation they do is amazing. They make it feel like new again. I have tried several other detail shops across canada and the states and these guys I must say run the most efficient shop I have seen. They get such job satisfaction in seeing your vehicle look like new again. They always have that same attitude its great. and dollar for dollar its worth it. I could never get that finish they do by trying to do it myself. I will alway come here I get excited again when I pick up my New vehicle again.

Just got home from getting my vehicle detailed. I had spilled some milk and couldn't get it mopped up. Do no't do this it makes your car stink. I dropped the car off at 7AM and was driven home. I got a phone call at 6PM (yes, they are open 12hrs) telling me that the car was done. I was picked up and driven to the shop. My Car really looks good now and smells a whoooole lot better. Thanks for the great service guys will be back.

Wife took her vehicle in. They did a great job with the actual detail work, but it took over 2hrs longer than quoted which threw out our day's schedule. They also neglected to reinstall the battery cover, which we found rolling around in the back. When trying to put it back into place the clips broke, so now we need to purchase a replacement.

I have know the owners of this business for three years and am now retired, but have thirty years experience in the business. They are careful, professional and sticklers about the job being done right. Interesting that the 3 recent bad reviews were all done 2 months ago, and give no legitimate reason/details for the review, unlike the favourable ones. Obviously someone with an axe to grind using aliases.

I took my GMC Canyon in for a cleaning as she was trapped in Saskatchewan for 2 years and covered with prairie grim and dust - my first impression when she was done as elated - she was brilliant - being black she is a bit tricky to make shine but I was very happy with the job - over the next few days I noticed a few things that were missed - minor things - windows weren't rolled down to clean yuk off the very top, some sort of yuk on the rear view mirror which could very well happened after and the tonneau cover was not rolled back and the bed not cleaned - I was willing to overlook these minor things as we are human and things happen - about a week or two later my husband pointed out the passenger visor mirror - wasn't touched which led me to believe that the headliner was missed as well so I called - Angus returned my message within the day and apologized and quickly made arrangements for her to come in and get finished - he did the job himself and she came out perfect - this is not meant to be a negative review in anyway because I feel that the fact that they fixed the "mistake" without making stupid excuses and appreciated the chance to make things right says even more than if there would have not been any problems in the first place - I will definitely bring my truck back for another cleaning and it's mostly because of the great service I received - there is nothing worse than a company that makes and mistake and does not fix it and this is definitely not the case with Precision Detailing - I also had a chance to look at some other completed jobs and the quality of the work is evident - in my case, a bit later than planned, but still there

My daughter puked in my truck during our road trip on Vancouver Island. The manager of the shop was empathetic and fit me into their schedule. The truck was taken in immediately and cleaned the truck seats and mats of the remaining puke which has saturated into the seat and floor. The service and empathy towards my situation was what set this place apart and exceeded my expectations.
