My wife tripped and dumped 2 full plates of spaghetti and sauce all over my new 6000.00 carpet at 8:30 pm. I called Terry's because they have done great work for us in the past and they actually came over immediately and saved my carpet!!! Unbelievable service!!!! This is a company worth calling!!!!

I think that Terry does excellent work at a very reasonable price. He is honest, trustworthy and very hard working. He aims to please. We have used his services 3 times and I am just booking a 4th visit since we are trying to sell. He has made a very dirty carpet look great. Whatever experience the other rater had is between himself and Terry but I have never known him to be rude and have no idea if he drinks on his own time. None of my business. He is always professional when we deal with him.
