This place has gone downhill you can't do laundry without people asking if you want or can find meth. The machines are not all working and one machine that I used took all my coins that didn't start and they said it was my fault I put in too many coins and would not give me a refund. I have been coming to this place for a year now and it has gotten horrible here. There is homeless people all around it. If you go there on a rainy day watch your stuff cause the ho eless will be around there for sure. The place is also not that clean with garbage everywhere. KEEP WATCH ON YOUR THINGS HERE

The guts that work here are Grreat! Always helpful and kind. Always smiling too. There are about 3 laundromat in town and I prefer doing my laundry here. Cost is very reasonable and they keep it clean.

This place is disgusting and filthy. So sketchy that you have to be buzzed in from the inside. One lady found a needle in the washing machine. The dryers did not dry my clothes after 30 minutes on high heat. They were still cold. I didn't dare fold my clothes on a table. Chairs are stained and most of the tables/furniture are broken.

Great washers and dryers but lots of homeless and druggies hang around here and disturb the peace. Y'all need to hire a security company to sit in the laundry room and kick anyone out that's not using the washers and dryers. And also mask mandate is not being followed well.

Cheap place to get your laundry done. Staff are unfriendly. Staff do not clean up laundromat. Absolutely the Staff do NOT practice social distancing. Absolutely NO rules of how how many people can be in the laundromat. Lots of Addicts around.

Very good laundromat! Amazing quality of the washing & drying machines: Only paid C$7 for washing and drying two loads of clothes. If you're somewhere in this area of Nanaimo and in need of a laundromat, definitely come to the Terminal Laundromat. It's quick, efficient and cheap. I can definitely recommend this place!

Best and cleanest in town. The machines are ALWAYS in good working order except when vandals do damage and are reasonable in cost. I find the dryers her to be the best for heat vs cost. Been coming her for years even though its out of my area.
