this place is a gong show they cannot keep scheduled deliveries, they cannot work as a team they do not look after there customers , and they are very very hard to deal with and overcharge on invoices, lie and in all reality don't know how to run and operate a commercial laundry company as it's not a "when I feel like it bussiness" . Best advice I can give is go somewhere else!! It might cost a few bucks more than Pacific but you get what you pay for and that's the bottom line.

Very fast service but mainly all linens are clean and white is white, friendly open even for private single client as I was. Small crew-love it. will come back again

LOST MY DUVET I dropped my duvet off for cleaning 2 weeks ago. When I went back to retrieve it, the very nice woman who I initially dealt with couldn't find it. She asked if I could come back in 30 minutes when the owner would be back. I came back and the gentleman said that indeed he remembered me dropping the duvet off. He showed me to a duvet that the earlier woman had already shown me. I explained that it was not the duvet I dropped off. He insisted that it was mine. Not only did this duvet have black stitching that mine did not, it was the WRONG SIZE! He became angry and accused me of being argumentative, at which point I asked him what he was going to do about my duvet being lost. He asked if my duvet had "ID", yes, that's right, identification. I replied that I didn't think it necessary to put name tags on my linen. He said there was nothing he could do. I indicated that there WAS something I could do. As I have absolutely no legal recourse because as you know, most dry cleaners are "not responsible for loss or damage", I will tell everyone I know not to drop anything at his facility.
