An incredible men's clothing store with great styles and variety. A little pricey and the same John Lennon and English Laundry shirts often go on sale at the Bay for dramatically less. But you pay for the convenience of a wonderful selection of clothing.

I didn't end up buying anything during my visit, but it was still a very good experience and I plan on returning in the future. The owner was there and was chasing to us about the background of the store. They have very nice men's clothes and accessories (wallets, belts, socks, boxers). They source Canadian made items where possible. The store itself is very nice, lots of great woodwork.

*******BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE****** I had lost my fall/spring jacket, and I stumbled upon this store while on an overnight with work in Nanaimo. The store is nice and the owner seemed friendly. I ended up buying a jacket that I really liked and paid $190 for it. I packed it in my suitcase with the tags still on it (never worn). I went home that week and low and behold I found my old jacket....Ugh so now I felt dumb....I needed to take this jacket back, good thing I still had the receipt and the next week I was headed back to Nanaimo......So about a week and a half later I show back up at NYLA to return the jacket and I walk in to see the owner again, and she says "sorry I can only give you a store credit!" WHAT KIND OF AWFUL CUSTOMER SERVICE IS THAT!!!! I never wore the jacket, it still had the tags on, and the zippers were still even wrapped in shrink wrap! I love supporting local business but this one is NOT the one you want to support! Things can go a long way on social media these days. NYLA I hope you contact me to make things right. You have my number in your computer with my store credit
