I am very satisfied with this company's business integrity. They quoted me a price and said they would do a job and they did it with excellence. I would recommend in completely. Due to the weather and a few unforeseen circumstances it took a little longer than expected, but Ben Wheeler was pleasant, diligent and the job is done well.

I wish I could review their actual services, however, when we arranged for them to come and do the work they would said they would get back to us when they scheduled it, and they never did. I've left them several messages and they still have not gotten back to me. It's funny, that their message states that our call is important to them. I believe they shut down for the season, however they should have contacted us and told us they could not fit us in prior to closing down. and because they did not get back to us we could not arrange another company to do it. We never did get our eaves troughs cleaned.

Sufficient moss removal. Then had them soft wash house. Very poor results. They said they would come back to finish the wash. Five phone calls, messages and speaking with scheduler...no joy. Very unprofessional. We will not recommend using this service. Sadly.
