Very Happy with Mr. sparkle and his team, I have had my gutters cleaned by them twice now. They even made some minor repairs the first time. They have also de-mossed my roof and did such a great job it's been at least 3 years now with no moss... I also hired Mr Sparkle to de-moss my mother in laws roof. Now that's trust! 100% recommend!! Our gutters & roof hadn’t been cleaned in 8 years since our house was built & with big trees behind us, it was a big job. Mr Sparkle was the cheapest of 3 quotes by over $200. They spent a good 8 hours on a HOT day & when not quite done, they came back to finish the next day. We were not charged a penny more than quoted, even though it was tough work! When a piece of our siding fell off the next day (on a Saturday), we contacted Johnathan & he had it fixed that same afternoon! After it fell off again, they came back AGAIN, no questions asked, to make a permanent fix at No Extra Charge! It is possible the siding was loose prior but they didn’t question it at all & just followed up with quick & excellent service. Thank you, Mr Sparkle!! We’ll be using you again & have already told our friends.

Arrived on time, young man very personable, full safety harness, very careful where he placed the feet of the ladder around garden areas, cleaned gutters by hand, so no mess spraying over other units. Assessed the roofs for us and made notes of where moss was gathering, etc. All in all very professional. We will use Mr. Sparkle again without question.

I had a plugged drain, so I asked for gutter cleaning plus preventative work at the same time. I wasn’t able to be there when they did the work, but they responded fast (within a few days), did a great job, and left all without me having to oversee them working. One of the pipes was plugged internally and they came bag and fixed it, no charge. I’d recommend them for their overall business ethics-too many to list.

This is the second year I have used Jonathon's crew to clean my home's gutters and they do an incredible job. Other company's have left debris on the ground and splattered on my deck but I don't even know they have been hear - except of course for my flowing gutters! I have used Mr. Sparkle for about 4 years now at 460 Property Management and there is never a issue. If needed he contacts the tenant and gets the jobs done promptly. I highly recommend them!! I have also used them for pressure washing one of our properties homes and it was done perfectly!

I attended the Nanaimo Spring Home Expo this weekend and upon leaving the venue I was shocked to see that Mr. Sparkle had put advertising on every car in the parking lot. They were too cheap to pay and become a vendor like every other respectful business. Instead they choose to be unprofessional and sleazy with this stunt, not to mention illegal advertising. Many people removed the cards from their windshields and threw them on the ground. I wouldn't trust this company with any job on my property.
