My airducts hadn't been cleaned in 26 years. PURAIR appeared ahead of schedule after informing me of their impending arrival. They had high quality professional equipment and completed the job quickly. I had the "dryer vent" cleaned as well and was quite surprised at how much lint was cleared. About the size of a grapefruit. I was given a quote before the work commenced and felt it was fair and reasonable. Kyle ( the technician) was friendly, considerate and knowledgeable taking due care to do a through job.

Normally the first time I turn on my furnace when it gets cold it smells like burning dust. This year I had my furnace and ducts cleaned by Modern Purair before it was cold enough to need the heat on and I'm so glad I did. There was no burnt dust smell at all. They walked around with me and counted my vents and quoted me a price before they did anything! I asked if they could also do the dryer vent, and they said they could but told me about the additional charge upfront. I was pleased and ended up getting it done! They offered to show me the bag of all the gross stuff they pulled out of my vents after they were finished. They even played with my dog, which she loved! The whole process took about 1.5 hours, then they were gone! They accepted credit cards, or cash so it made it easy to pay. Ive never had something like this done, and definitely glad I did it through purair, thanks guys!

I would suggest they remind you about ensuring your vents need to be accessible every time they contact a customer - we only remembered the night before at 11pm and had to spend an hour finding vents and clearing a path.
